Scholesy doing his old pals Sol and Coley a favour. Hopefully do another one next week against Morecambe.

Let’s not talk goal difference lol

Expected defeat for Yeovil but obviously a welcome one for the rest of us at or near the bottom

Yeovil have replaced Cheltenham as the worst team to visit us this season. I’ve seen more in macc and Morecambe than in Yeovil So for me the glovers are right in the mire

Still a few twists and turns before that Fat Lass starts singing. Don't be surprised to see Port Vale put a late bid in for relegation. Don't give up on your teams just yet.

I would like nothing more than to have some faith in my lot but the stats are overwhelming.

5 defeats in a row.
12 defeats in last 17 league matches.
3 wins in last 25 league matches.
2 home wins in the last 12 months.
Scored more than 1 goal in 2 league games in the last 5 months.

OK, you've convinced me; enjoy Non-League football.

Late bid? We've been in the scrap for a month now already! Favourable fixtures coming up and they are crucial.

Naturally everyone near the bottom is down on their own side and pessimistic about their chances of survival come end of season as we only see and discuss our own clubs.

Nowhere worse to be than bottom and playing catch up. Up to this point we’ve cleary been the worse and only some recent signings and two much improved performances is giving us real hope.

But Hope needs to be turned into points

Would happily see Yeovil and Notts down because they're both bogey teams.

Notts will win against us no matter how well or shit they or we are doing, and I absolutely respect that. Last season was the first time I'd ever seen us beat Notts and I think that was the 13th attempt?

As for games against Yeovil I don't know what it is with them but we always decide to miss sitters or waste tons of glorious chances every time we play them. They always seem to do us in from set pieces as well. Even in our most recent win against them in 2015 we should've won the game 5-0 and only ended up winning 1-0. Proper shithouse side. The home games against them are always an absolute bore too so I won't miss them anytime soon if they were to drop but I do sympathise with the fans current plight regarding their club.

Get them both down. Get Orient up so we can start a "We hate Davis more than you" chant and Wrexham up for obvious reasons.

Wrexham would be decent up here again, had some mammoth ties against them and sadly some woeful scenes off the field with the fans, the battle of Wrexham in 2003 was probably the worst violence I’ve seen at a football match live, pure an utter chaos.

Solihull Moors... what’s that all about? Big money club? Seem to have come from nowhere. Local I guess, piece of piss for me to get too. Sure that’s where we signed Ian Taylor from who obviously went on to big things.

Many memories of Moor Green and Solihull Borough. The merger seems to have worked for them. Obviously some money there somewhere as you tend to need money to be promoted from that league but I'm don't think they are in the Fylde or Salford category...or ours either before anyone says it.

On the relegation issue, I honestly don't know where our next point is coming from but I just don't believe we will not get another eight points from somewhere...somehow!

XG has Grimsby down as the worst side but they’re obviously not going down. Next two are Morecambe and Yeovil...

Yeovil are down. Huge wins for Morecombe over Port Vale and Notts County over Mansfield, and Macclesfield with another point at Colchester. At this point, I'd fancy Vale to be the other club to go down. Both clubs are quite the basket cases behinds the scenes too.

Surely ‘Dick in the Bath’ followed almost immediately by ‘Club for Sale’ wins the basket case behind the scenes award?

Yeovil in a spiral, I won’t be confident until we actually get out of the relegation zone.

Everyone is correct, we are down. Because the board won't make any changes we have no chance of stopping this run. We will not win another game this season if Way stays.

Working from top to bottom this time, Crawley and Cambridge pick up useful points, both drawing 0-0 against Northampton and Tranmere respectively. Both look long shots to go down, but they'll need a couple of wins just to make sure. Cheltenham couldn't get anything at Grimsby, so their home form will have to be their saviour, big 2 games coming up against Cambridge and Port Vale.

It's looking in reality like 2 from 5. Port Vale lost a crucial home game with Morecambe. Fail to beat Tranmere and their next 3 games all look very difficult. Things looking a bit bleak in Burslem at the moment. Morecambe on the other hand grabbed the win in that 6 pointer. Is this the start of another push for safety?

Yeovil, like the Vale, seem like they can't arrest their slide. 2 heavy defeats in the space of a week, the conference beckons unless they make a change soon.

Macc only pick up a point at home to Colchester, big game at Crawley next weekend, as the 3 after that are all very tricky. Notts County are right back in the mix after their 2nd straight win. Makes this relegation battle very interesting, as no team looks cut adrift and you can make a case for any of the 5 teams in that battle to both go down and stay up.

On current form, it's looking like Yeovil and Port Vale. What are we saying then? Those 2 for the drop, or will anyone else end up going down?

My confidence rose a little in recent weeks but we've lost all ability to win games again. Draws aren't going to help us, we need at the very least 5 wins from 13 games, just don't see how we're going to do that.

Boss Man , it changes every other week . Despair is being shown by Yeovil and Vale now, Macc and Notts earlier and Morecambe often .

Plenty of twists and turns , if our midfield stays fit and healthy (no given) we will cruise to safety

Defintely don't see a win coming in the next 4 (so that'd be 8 games without a win). A lot depends on how far off Morecambe and Yeovil we are going into that game vs Yeovil.

I think we’re going to be okay, but very reliant on none of Doyle, O’Brien and Boldewijn getting injured.

Definitely . If none get injured , playoffs ?

If we lose a couple of them as per earlier in the season then levels will drop significantly .

But who cares about that this evening , as Ice Cube said “ today was a good day “

We're down, there's no speculation needed. Nothing will change, fans are burning their scarves and disowning the club out of sheer frustration. We're gone.
