Why do Sunderland get an allocation of over 1900 - we haven't had that many tickets for El Grassico for years...
Not a derby game so, in theory anyway, less numpties.

Suspect that generally speaking, the Club will have been on at SAG to stop with the OTT segregation and free up another 200-300 seats a game.

Both big games this season so far (Everton and Sunderland ) we've given the away club the whole stand, was very surprised we did it yesterday and the scenes towards the end of the game might mean that the club maybe won't do it again, ,bit lively! Granted Sunderland were leaving from half time and some didn't even bother preferring to drink around Lincoln for the day instead.

Well, as per Davidimp, my club have confirmed we will get the full allocation if we see the initial 1100, which we will do no problem

You'll get just over 1900 then I would guess same as Sunderland and Everton.

2567 embarrassed Coventry fans at Rotherham.

What's with the bad behaviour from Coventry fans?
Trouble in the away pub in town, 5 flares and bottles chucked on the pitch, beer knicked from bar under the south stand.

Also some arrests by SYP for the usual paedophile stuff.
(very original)

Never experienced this sort of stuff from Coventry fans in the past, what's happening?

Don't be surprised if there are repercussions with reduced ticket allocations in future.
It's always the genuine fans that suffer because of these halfwits.

Been the same for the past 5 years. Large numbers of the big Coventry away followings do not and have not gone to home games for years. Leads to the big day out mentality.

When we take 6000 to MK Dons in 2 weeks it will be as bad if not worse.

Anyone tell me how to make the latest Page the one that I go to each time pls. At the moment my visit always starts at the first Page I ever visited.

Is there a "show latest Posts first" or similar

Cheers JT

The Cov thing isn't that surprising. Decent sized club start doing well, attract the nobbers for a big day out - always been the case.

Good stuff hopefully another 10k plus sell out.
Think you brought a decent number on last visit back in 1993.
Not played you in the league since 1985/86 season
I was at both

Been down to the ground this morning for tonight's tickets and was told that we have sold just short of 1500 so far for Blackpool on Saturday.

Probably because we took about 1500. Anymore than that, the day trippers are out.

They had about 800 odd the other week at FP.

Coventry never have been much of a club firm wise.

I remember a few years back when they came unstuck when Pompey came to town

Sorry mate but that is a bit bollocks. They had a pretty good firm 70's and 80's, not sure about now but then again, I don't rate modern day firms. Anyway, back to Coventry, the plastic mancs came unstuck there a couple of times during those times, but as per that lot, you'll never see them admit to that

One of the biggest stitch ups from West Mids police that day.

A close mate was banned having getting caught up in it. Coventry fans were sent to jail when it was the hundreds of Portsmouth fans who were clearly the cause of the problem.

Went with my Liverpool supporting mate to watch Coventry vs Liverpool at Highfield Rd in the 80s and there were running battles through the streets around the ground. So, anecdotally Coventry definitely had a handy firm.

They couldn't cope with us at Highfield Road in 1982 in the FA Cup. Worst trouble their OB had ever seen and what started out as an all seater stadium didn't end the day as one.
