I'm amazed he keeps getting work. He's had one good spell and that was with us where he had a massive budget and some of the best players League One has ever seen (Pilkington, Rhodes etc) and still couldn't get us up

He's also a very strange person especially when under pressure. He has a very dour depressing way about him and its no surprise he can't inspire a squad of footballers once things start to go wrong
