Gone to Warnock.
Personally, I think Warnock, Bruce and Nuno don't deserve it as much as Lee Johnson or Neil Harris. Or Chris Wilder. They've created top half, play-off chasing teams out of what - at face value - don't look like spectacular quads.

However, Warnock certainly deserves it more than Bruce or Nuno, tbf.

Fuck Warnock the dinosaur. Has to be Neil Harris for me, he has got Millwall playing some nice stuff on a low budget. I wonder though if they don’t make it this season with the momentum, if they can keep up with the pace on a consistent basis next season.

Millwall might risk being a Wolves. Missed out on GD first year back and then just completely stagnated the next season. Agree that if they get in the playoffs than it should be Harris or Wilder.

Surprised to see that people think it shouldn't be Warnock. He has done an amazing job to get them where they are, with a pretty standard squad and a lower budget.

Warnock is a worthy winner, Harris, wilder 2nd and 3rd.

The Madine thing is what swings it for me also. Not saying he hasn't done a great job but I think some of it is we've seen it before from home so he has kinda diminished his own effect. If that makes sense.

Warnock deserves it. Yeah, he spunked 6mil on Madine, but he’s got Cardiff promoted (almost) with a motley crew of bruisers and last-chance talents. It’s what he does best. I reckon if he had a team of Nile Rangers and Joey Bartons, he’d probably would have stopped them chucking their careers away.

It would have to be Harris for me as well. He's taken a play off winning side and turned them into a genuine promotion contender when survival would have been decent for Millwall.

In response to the OP I would say our squad on paper is better than Cardiff's.
They are getting promoted with no one in the team of the season for example.
Having said that, if either us (plus taking into account our cup run), Millwall, Preston or SU get promoted then it should go to those managers.
