In hiding for getting a prediction wrong ,i thought stags v fgr play off final i was wrong , have you thought of visiting a counsellor over your bereavment ,it seems you cant accept your sad loss ,as your still hanging around in your old haunts ,see a counsellor they will help you learn how to release your grief then you will be able to move on ,to the non league forum :ffs:

Yup next season will be the Non League forum but not until the season gets closer to kicking off , the L2 final fixture hasn’t been played yet , surely you know that ? Haha

Where did you disappear to for those 4/5 days ? You were so active prior to that then radio silence as everyone took the piss .

So let’s get this right you got our relegation correct , said Stags would get automatics pretty much all season until the very end . So got that wrong and then predicted Stags vs FGR final , and got the play offs wrong .

In summary you know Notts better than Stags , not a surprise

Apologies for the recent offensive (and somewhat scary) content in here.

Issue has been dealt with and content removed.

FFP doesn’t really exist in the nether regions, owners can put money into their club as long as the ‘loan’ isn’t legally the club’s.

So, in effect, if an owner puts £1m into his club and the club goes into meltdown that £1m isn’t the club’s debt. Tough shit for the owner.

Also, owners sponsoring a stand or somesuch gets round it as well.

Think the rules change as you go up the leagues. The higher you go the harder they make it for any ‘smaller’ club to compete. So you end up with the PL closed shop.

So essentially cheating?

Falsely inflating club income in order to spend more? Football is ruined. No wonder these teams with 1 man and a dog are in the leagues above us.

It's alright, we're used to offensive content. We've had to put up with the Lincoln lot all season.

Currently watching them going awol on Twitter at the thought of Cowley to WBA has been brilliant; you’d think the club is going to fold!

You are watching people go AWOL in Twitter ??? That’s brilliant? How does that work Conks? :bl::dk: Better check the definition there bud

West Brom would be a great move for the Cowleys no doubt about it. Surely that’s as good as they could get or hope for and the right sort of club for them. Tbh they deserve it after all they’ve achieved so far.

We won the league 2013/2014 too and our budget was stated as 1.5m that year. Of course that was before the mass sell-everything-not-nailed-down, in the off season after. Still bitter about that
2013/14 accounts show a (full) budget of just under £3.7m (£3.3m in 2010/11), which equates to, again, around £4m in days money so little difference really.

Just passing on what the accounts show, not necessarily arguing against what you're saying.

Unless you can break that down, show exactly what it entails, what the directors/chairman/ceo took out and whatever else I think it's pretty useless info - and that's if you trust those figures to start with. We've had some shady stuff going on at this club recent years. What I know is we had a top 5 budget that year at 1.5m, but certainly no one in the league was paying more than 2m. Think the top wage budget in the league was around 1.7/8m.

Those figures, if correct, are actually a bit of an eye opener in terms of the kind of money that was bleeding out of the club on other things. It probably still is now tbh.
