What a game that was. Both sides awful on the eye for large periods.

Defensively awful from both sides, throwback to the days of Joe Royals Ipswich! Attack vs non existant defence but perhaps shouldn't be surprised considering our injury crisis at the back and how many first team players we're also missing from the centre of the park, too.

Millwall plenty of the ball in the second half without creating much (goal aside). They will feel hard done by tonight, but for us to go to the Den and take all 3 points when our squad is so thin on the ground at the back and in midfield- it's a great result. And we look so clinical going forward.

The last time we won the first 4 games in all competitions was the 1999-2000 season, when we were promoted. :bl: :shut:

Can't wait to see us at full strength.

Saturday: 9 shots, 2 on target, 2 goals
Tonight: 8 shots, 4 on target, 4 goals

This isn't sustainable but it's brilliant while it lasts!

It's what happens when we have to play Jordan Spence out of position at CB and counter it by fielding all 4 strikers from the outset. Nice of Spence to get the match winner for his troubles.

Desperately looking to either buy or loan a CB to cover Webster and Smith as they are both out for 6-8 weeks.

Joe Garner scoring goals when a team play to his strengths, imagine my shock!

(I am aware that the goal tonight was a goalkeeping howler )

C'mon TB, four L's in Millwall.

Each of our league games has been almost identical - control the play, not score anywhere near what we should (which given tonight's scoreline is incredible), Archer fucks up, and we fail to win.

I swear with a competent keeper we're sitting on at seven points right now instead of one.

Also: ifollow can fuck off, I'm done getting frustrated watching us play.
