Only really one big game near the top o the table as Barnet host Bromley and with Bromley having their 2 suspended defenders back i'm expecting them to get something out of the game.
Tough games for the bottom 4 though;-
Ebbsfleet will be lucky to get a point at home to Torquay.
Chorley's realistic best chance at Halifax is a highly improbable 0-0.
Aldershot should lose to Dover who have the best away record in the league.

And that leaves the match of the day at the bottom which is Fylde v Chesterfield;- despite iffy form Fylde can score goals and with Jordan Williams in goalscoring form i'm expecting another shambolic after match interview from Sheridan who looked one step away from being taken away by the men in white coats in the post match Eastleigh interview. In all seriousness John Sheridan - if your team plays the same as on Saturday and loses again then walk away from Chesterfield;- your Health's not worth it.

Elsewhere my team Barrow are top of the form league with 6 wins in 6, but face a Boreham Wood side who are 3rd in the same table. It's likely to be another wild and wet night in Barrow and if we play the way we can and Rooney and/or Quigley get amongst the goals then there's a real chance of making it 7 wins from 7.

Good luck Provisional Brother Chesterfield, who must stave off The Evil to drastically improve the picture at the bottom, and may Provisional Brother Barrow knacker out Morning Wood before we have a chance to lay our hands on them. Nightmare on the road going to Barra and the Shay within a week, and hopefully not one they'll steal points from.

as we have Torquay away on the 26th followed by Dagenham away on the 29th I have no sympathy for them.....

MASSIVE top of the table Brotherhood league clash between us and County.

They’re in poor form and we got a decent result and performance last time out. Win there and we’re back amongst the play off chasers which is the club’s stated aim before going for it (tm) when we get the injured key players back. Draw wouldn’t be the worst result but the players really need some momentum to back up the press talk

Home to Dover, they are absolutely flying away from home, our home form is fucking tragic. Got 4-0 Shots written all over it, crowd under 1200 with 57 Gaulles.

Notts versus Dagenham always makes me shudder and brings back one of my worst single game memories.

Hit for six

Harrogate have won a few games lately, so will be interesting to see how Keates first game back goes.

I'm hoping we can squeak a 2-1 win but it's definitely more hope than expectation.

Home to Woking and hoping to bounce back from our first dropped points in 8 games. Should be a decent crowd at HP.

We seem to have hit some sort of time paradox where we play 7th over and over!
Also we keep getting within a win of the playoffs and failing to actually break into it.
Daggers tonight at home and Torquay visit the lane on Saturday a good chance to push on but I can quite easily see 2 draws.

Good test over the next 5 days with two home games as to whether we are looking like a mid table team or possible play-off material.

Daggers have been in good form, unbeaten in 11, but don’t seem to be scoring a great deal lately. I’m hopeful with our attacking players we can squeeze a win, I’ll go 1 or 2-0.

It’ll be vintage Pools to get our arses caned after such a strong showing against Yeovil, point would be fine and keep us ticking over, same team and honestly I’d play the same 343 system he used on Saturday.

We've just signed Chris Dagnall, no confirmation yet that he's available for tonight though. He won't be match fit.

I always think of Notts v Daggers as the Matt Ritchie derby. Unfortunately he never played as well for us as he did for them against us.

If Lainton was in goal this would be a standard 1-0 Keates win.

Josh Walker continues his rich vein of goals. We’re getting more men forward with this 3-5-2 formation but Bromley look dangerous in attack too.

We've just brought in two signings ahead of tomorrow's game, Devante Rodney (who'll be familiar to your lot) and Tom Walker (who'll be familiar to our lot) both on loan from Salford. Not sure how they'll fit into the team, largely because I've no idea how JG will set the side up, god I wish we'd go back to basics and stick players in their best positions (mainly thinking of Keane here, but insisting on having Hammill as a no10 is another frustration of mine)

County finally arrested the run of defeats with the 0-0 at Sutton, no coincidence it's the game that saw the return of Ash Palmer at the back. I would predict another goalless draw, but County have an horrendous record in televised games so I'll beg our old re-election buddies to be gentle

Notts 1-0 Daggers.
Notts had the best of a quite poor opening 25 minutes, got the goal and then proceeded to try and let Daggers back in it. This included a couple of minutes where we kept giving the ball away and also kicking it against our own players!

Jeez. Chorley are boring. Can see why they’ve drawn so many 0-0. Like watching us under Fullarton.
