I'm sure Alexander and Reynolds would easily play a part in a team challenging at the top.

We've not had anything like a settled team for 2 years so hard for anyone to really stand out with all the chopping and changing we've done.

Cousins has been a really poor signing in my opinion. Hopefully we can move him on in the summer.

I reserve judgment on Reynolds and Alexander in large part due to the above however, Reynolds has looked the more capable of the two.

Gave Chesterfield a corner which wasn't a corner that almost led to a Chesterfield goal, and let Chesterfield play on with a throw in despite their player catching the ball before it went out of play. Aside from that they were pretty much fine I thought, so that's bloody outstanding for this level.

To be fair Daggers fans think Cousins is a good keeper....! I've not seen a keeper as poor as him in a very long time for Barnet.

We all have different standards of what good looks like.

We were spoiled for years with Tony Roberts. A goalkeeper who was commanding, could make top saves and was just a very endearing bloke in general.

When he retired, our replacements never lived up to anything near him and we had a few who were a calamity in waiting. When Cousins came in, we overlooked his inability to kick or command his 6 yard box for the fact that he could pull off ridiculous point blank range saves at times.

However, now that Justham has got a fair consistent run in goal this season, it's clear that we managed to offload the weaker all round goalkeeper. Justham's distribution is excellent, he's making umpteen saves every week and is getting better at commanding his box.

It's a new and simpler way of the usual reffing out introduced at this time of year from the National League. Simply play on and on until it is no longer required.

I thought a new rule was brought in, that the ref must double the extra time given if we're winning by 1 goal.

The whole thing is a circus. I really hope next season we can do a Torquay but I really thing we’ll struggle to get back to this level for a good few years.

Most Torquay fans thought the same in the summer and under Owers it was certainly looking that way. Enter Gary Johnson. Unfortunately I can't see you getting a manager of his calibre (still not sure how we have him to be honest).

Anyway at the moment we seem to be trying our best to bottle promotion so we may see you next season!
