This will be my 10th visit to Victoria Park.

We've never really played well in the ten times I've been there, despite seeing only 3 gritty wins. I have this down as "hopefully getting a draw at least" - You know what you're going up against when you take on a fellow brother, even if they have been shite for a whole season.

Only 4 players from the trophy win last week will start this one, we rested around 8 players.

I've worked out that we can afford to lose 2 more games this season from our current position - possibly 3 depending on luck and we have to win 10 more games to win the league - This will take us to 90+ points which would give us half a chance.

Salford have a piss easy game, so we have to take at least a draw.

Also worth mentioning - Barnet are on course for a major fixture pile up - Already have 6 games in hand I think - Plus they're still in the FA Trophy!!!

The few times Hignett has been in charge this season we’ve looked decent, even the Dagenham debacle we dominated.

If Noble is back for this I’d really fancy our chances of getting a win, now Money and his dinosaur textbooks are gone let’s play some fucking football for a change!

Our record against you is generally decent, but of course, like in any MASSIF Brotherhood clash, you want to win (after which handshakes all round, share a drink etc.) but if you don't, you have to concede the bigger picture as per the terms and conditions in our doctrine, So if you do win, no hard feelings, good luck and get back to where you belong lads.

I hope we put in a good performance and a decent crowd (how many do you reckon you'll take O's?) just to shan off that prick Cassidy. He's right in some ways but if he doesn't listen to the fans like he says, why come out with that crap just to hide that you weren't up to it? The fans paid your wages which you hardly earned last season.

This club is a good gig down here, no time for passengers, and I want the lads out on the park to put their body on the line against a good side, scrap and earn the right to play. Show your character, be a man. A successful Pools side pulls in big crowds, good atmosphere, we've had some fucking great times. Be a part of it. It's not to be sniffed at for players down here. You get us out of this league (upwards), you'll be a hero, worshipped. I've got my faith in Hignett to get them wound up for this. Get the lads who want to be here and earn a contract next year to just get out there and put a bit of pride into it. It's a big game, a FL game in all but name, vs. top of the league. COME ON.

If we get through our FA Trophy replay, we’ll miss another league game. Soon, we’ll be in the relegation zone but still mathematically in the title race

Our sponsors have put on free coaches for this, so I'd say between 200-300. We don't normally take many to Hartlepool as we've played there so many times down the years.

The Brotherhood exec are showing the game live (if you have a VPN) if you look at the Bunker, there's a link to it.

Pie & liquor, the game, Martini, Wham and reminiscence of 0-0 draws against Mansfield in the 3rd tier will be the order of the day for many Orient followers.

However, we do have such a big squad that we could play two league matches simultaneously if need be!
Saturday is going to be a tough match against the team who play ina poo and wee coloured kit. We do need to start putting some wins together and retaining some of the vim and vigour that we showed in our FA Cup run.

Can't see us getting anything tomorrow.
Harrogate were 1 of the better teams seen here in the trophy game the other week

From my calculations we only have three free midweeks left, and one of those looks like it is being kept in case we get through to the next round of the Trophy and need a replay.

So if we do get through to the next round, we have two games to fit in still and only two midweeks left. Get through to the semi-final of the trophy and we will have to play Tue & Thur twice.

Could do with a couple of quick wins to dismiss any notion of being in a relegation fight.

At home against a team I don't recall us ever beating since we both came into the league four years ago. I'm going to stick my neck on the line and say it'll be 1-1.

We have a rookie manager, a seemingly never ending injury crisis, are 5 points off the relegation zone and our recent league form is hardly inspiring. Avoiding relegation should be far and away our main focus. If we remain in the Trophy then so be it but we should not be risking relegation over a potential trip to Wembley.

I'm utterly amazed that anyone is still mentioning the play offs as being a possibility for us, however remote.

I see tomorrow's game as critical - if we lose, I think we are in real danger, especially if we get through against Carshalton in the Trophy.

We need to punish Barnet for letting humanity down last week.....

But in all seriousness if we are serious about pushing on and securing a playoff spot then we need to put inconsistent January behind and pick up 3 points tomorrow

Sutton are a solid team and I expect us to be in for a very challenging game tomorrow. Think we’ll struggle.

I'm not the most optimistic of fans but I cannot see how we possibly go down unless Currie absolutely loses the plot, which there is no evidence he will do.

We have so many games in hand and the likes of Maidstone, Aldershot, Maidenhead and Hartlepool are all far worse than us. Even at our absolute worst we're no worse than Maidenhead are most weeks and they're 20th.

I think top half, falling about 7-8 points short of the playoffs is most likely.

Really looking forward to the game tomorrow. Hopefully it’ll be a home win. But enough about me going to Palace-Shammers, where are Orient again?

Didn't we just get thumped 4-0 at Braintree?

The performances I've seen under Currie have been much more positive and yet we've failed to beat Boreham Wood, Carshalton and Braintree.

I would say it is far more likely that we will indeed push on up towards the top half of the table but we really do need to look at the table and accept where we currently lie. Games in hand or not.

I would expect a very tough game tomorrow and wouldn't be at all surprised if we saw a massive come down following our efforts on Tuesday.

Feels like I haven’t seen a game in ages with all these postponements. Good to get back at it, Barrow away isn’t the easiest of visits.
3pts closer to the 50 point mark would be great but expect we’ll be a little flat having played only twice in a month.

Balanta should be back tomorrow so we should give Wrexham a game, any chance this could be off?

Chesterfield are counting on the Law of the Ex's to break the Clash of The Titans on Saturday. The Big Friendly Giant and Scott Boden have both scored every time they've played us since being made to walk the plank at The Shay. Nae worries though, we've got Jonny Edwards, Jordan Preston and Dayle Southwell up top, we'll blo……....….:ffs:

4 Free coaches going, thats around 200. The rest will be those who chose to drive or like me get the train, will be no more than 300 I'd expect. Hartlepool isn't an away day has ever appealed to us, mainly because we've played each other so many times down the years.

Na. It has been pissing down today but it'll be fine.

You'll give us a game anyway, I would probably take a point considering the shambles we are.

Fylde's form looks ruthlessly consistent home and away. They even came down a day early to train on a local 3G pitch. Any chinks in their armour?
