Only two games of significance though.

If we lose this, we will lose the league IMO - There is no way we will be able to beat all of Harrogate, Solihull and Sutton in our run in.

Looking forward to Paul McCallum scoring on his return to our place, he will get booed and enjoy every second of it.

A draw will blow the title race wide open again. I am not looking forward to this.

Didn't realise how bad Orient's run in was - they have to win this one...
Is the defender harshly sent off at Bromley back from suspension?
losing at Fylde from 2-0 up and having had that long trip could have an affect on Eastleigh, whilst Orient's last minute equaliser against Halifax might have a positive affect on them.
It's that tight at the top though that whilst an Orient win could propel them to the title anything but a win with that run in and they could end up out of the top 3.

A Fylde win at Gateshead with anything but an Orient win really really makes things tight at the top.

Orient - you were 1/5 to win the title before Bromley - balls this up and you're bigger bottle jobs than Wrexham

We go in search of consecutive clean sheet number 8...

Off to a flyer - 1-0 in the first minute. If there were 7 or 8 games to go, at this rate you’d fancy us to finish top 7. What a waste of a league season

Orient won't make the top 3 the way they are bottling. Who do they think they are, us?

at least you implode like clockwork at the start of March - doing it in April is pure lack of bottle

Maidstone penalty saved by Cousins. We are never going to concede another goal ever again. It’s official.

Were our players heads turned by the FA Cup run and they let their foot off the gas? Can’t have been tiredness as we’ve been great in the last 7-8 games.

Shows what could have been this season if our players decided to be professional for all of the season. Disappointing, but promising. It’s also lovely to see a plan in our play rather than Allen or Still-Ball.

Falling so many games behind did not help at all.

But the real damage was done in the first half of the season. We were hopelessly inconsistent under Still, who never seemed to pick the same 11.

We will probably fall 5 or 6 points short of top 7 which would be a great effort considering where we were. Coupled with the cup run and this being our first season back down and this can then be considered a good season, if not a wasted opportunity for a play off challenge.

On the bright side when we get pumped by Harrogate/Fylde/Eastleigh/insert any team you want here we may get a decent trip to Edgeley Park and the return of the Torquay away day.
