So you've watched 2 games, great opinion you have then, bearing in mind it's the two most cautious games we could play all year. Stop talking fucking nonsense, infact carry on thinking it.

Yes, and they are the two most manic games we're likely to play in.
He's a Brentford fan, bless him, what does he know about rivalry ? He can go and see the game against Fulham and QPR and then all go for a jolly good old Pimms afterwards.

The Sheffield Derby and the Leeds/Sheffield derbies are ferocious and are the most unlikely games to see good football because both clubs normally put each other under so much pressure without the ball, there's not usually time for any player to express themselves, and mentally, the importance of not losing takes over.
Occasional moments of football break out in these games, but not very often, you just have to hope that during these rare moments you can produce something.

A Lincoln fan lecturing other teams about anti-football, seen it all now. Up there with the worst style of play in League 2, just lump it to John Akinde or Matt Rhead.

I study at Lincoln university so along with the two times we played each other and the televised game, I’ve seen you about 6 times this season. A fair enough sample size.

We could do with all 3 points at Stoke today to keep this fictional play off push alive for another week.

Just as we think we're dropping out of contention, today happens.
We're still in this methinks.
It's going to be close for 2nd and for 5th / 6th, that's for sure.

Such a crucial win for us today, even more so with Sheffield United losing. We're now 7 points clear with 7 games to go, and our next 3 are very generous on paper (QPR, Reading and then Wigan, the first two of which are at home too), so we surely can't screw this up now, right?

I want to be confident (and at this point I really should be), but that nagging doubt in the back of my mind won't go away until we've confirmed it.

Good luck.
Hope you lose just the once to us and win every other game, also hope WBA can somehow win every match
But very much doubt that, so would take Leeds in 2nd as the lesser of 2 evils.
Even then United would still have a chance in playoffs, although I don't think the 3rd place team will go up, they really deserve to on the season so far.

Were only 4 points ahead of wba, your right but one of 3rd or 4th deserve it, were gonna finish a good way ahead of 5th, means fuck all , didn't Brighton finish about 15 points ahead of you?

They did, I'd put my money on Villa to win play offs whoever finishes 3rd.

Nah Leeds or west Brom will be too good going forward for them. Weve banged 7 in against them.

Blades.

Pne away
Brum away
Wall home
Forest home
Hull away
Ipswich home
Stoke away

I would be very surprised if we didn't win the 3 home games, away games not so easy but I'd like to think we can get 7 points, will that be enough I would probably say yes.

Leeds.

Brum away
Pne away
Wednesday home
Wigan home
Brentford away
Villa home
Ipswich away

Slightly harder set of fixtures in my opinion, 2 much tougher home games against Wednesday and villa, expect them to win 3 of the 4 away games though. 5 points from the home games at least too, gonna be extremely close I think.

West Brom.

Wall away
Bristol city away
Pne home
Hull home
Reading away
Rotherham home
Derby away

They'll have to win the lot imo to get 2nd, cannot see that happening either tbh, expect them to get 16 points.

Can’t be arsed to do the clubs around us as here are a fair few still fighting for 5/6th but ours are as follows....

Boro (A) - 1
Wigan (H) - 3
West Brom (H) - 0
Villa (A) - 0
Reading (H) - 3
Wednesday (A) - 1
Derby (H) - 3
Millwall (A) - 1
Hull (A) - 3

72 points. Not sure if it’ll be enough, unless we collapse we should have enough to take it to the wire.

Massive game on Tuesday.

West Brom look very shakey at the back to me and Villa look a lot more solid at the back recently. I think the P/O will be very tight either way. Just anyone but Boro up for me. Such a boring club/team.

Forest and wall wont be easy home games , do you have 2 injured players? Just sit a player on norwood force him deep and ruins your game plan as bristol city did .

We aren't doing too bad for a club that was slated as burnt out in December and bielsa never goes the full season

Pretty much guaranteed play off spot now

Which in itself is a huge step forward for us
