Celtic take on Aberdeen at Hampden this afternoon hoping to add the trophy to this season's haul giving them the treble and also a win would have them having a domestic season undefeated....some achievement....you can only play what is in front of you. Personally I can't see Celtic losing and have a wager on over 2.5 goals. All going well the scoring boots will be on!

A Rangers fan bets on Celtic to win. Yeah, I know that's the most likely result but shame on you, Leo ;)

btw: Today is Cup Final day in Germany, too. Ah, yes, and the FA Cup Final also (Eurosport broadcasts this live)

I haven't bet on Celtic to win mate....I'm not bothered who wins. My bet is for at least 3 goals to be scored in 90 minutes & it doesn't matter which team scores.

Ah, okay. My Bad. We Germans are not so familiar with bets.
Sorry, Leo, that I thought that you bet on a Celtic win ;)

Excellent game. Aberdeen taking the lead early on via Johnny Hayes only for that advantage to be nullified within a couple of minutes thanks to Stuart Armstrong. Game was played at a good pace and end to end with Aberdeen having the advantage of play in first half which should really have seen more goals. A sour note was the injury to Tierney who got an elbow in the mush from Jayden Stockley who was very fly in the way he did it....didn't lift his arm much but he knew what he was doing and it was a deliberate elbow into Tierney's face. Apparently Stockley has previous for this. Anyway the 2nd half belonged to Celtic although Aberdeen had one fantastic chance early doors but McLean was too far (just) in front of Hayes' cross about 6 yards out. It was hard to believe the game was going to finish 1-1 as there were a lot of chances Celtic failed to take but right at the death big Tom Rogic did the biz.......................and my bet was up!............................:bg:

MOTM.....Johnny Hayes of Aberdeen....IMMENSE!

Saw the second half and Aberdeen put everything into it, but it cost them as they started to tire as Celtic began pushing them further back.

Congratulations to Fudgie and Celtic on an historic season exactly 50 years on from their most famous triumph.
