I have sourced a wig. The best match is an Ozzie Osbourne one. At the moment I cannot see anything as the hair keep flapping.

Hope you got the tune right Dan and I don't have to correct you on Saturday! My old mans a dust man is the tune, the chorus of course

Yeah the tune was right mate. We liked that a lot.

Am sure our football will soon bore you all into submission

To be honest, we are all in party mood. It will be great fun, regardless of the football. But obviously I want three points :) I was on BBC radio Northampton this morning. It's all been pretty surreal.

That Doumbe OG was a great finish, I think it was his first game for his, fortunately he improved a lot!

Where are the drinking establishments located Mansfield fans?

Time will you be in Mansfield?

Town is a 5/10min walk max, and there's a few pubs down there. Got 2 Weatherspoons and a Lloyd's bar which is alright, Yates, The Swan, Wheatsheaf is decent. Railway too if you are into your real ale's but they also do the best pint of Lager in town! I'll be in there too and you can all buy me a drink for the 3 points..

Avoid the Byron as it stinks of piss and is usually full of plastic Premier League/Forest fans, avoid the Midland as that just smells of piss and avoid the Crown and Anchor!

Nah not really, the Crown and Anchor will be full of Mansfield again I'd imagine so maybe avoid that one but bar that we don't have a Mansfield pub anymore. There's the V bar which has just opened and isn't bad!

We are getting there earlyish too so the wetherspoons will probably be headed for! What are they like with colours you know?

That Doumbe goal was on my birthday, I missed the second half through extreme alcohol intake. That was also the game we dropped into the relegation zone and stayed there for 217 (?) days

Don't think they'll be bothered mate, only time I've known them to care was when we played Liverpool. Head for the Widow Frost as it's the better of the Weatherspoons. It's the top end of Town, Courthouse isn't great and there's some right states in there! Also the Stag and Pheasant (Lloyds bar) is just arond the corner!

Not scared to say my ass is already twitching for this one , expecting it to be feisty in the stands as well as on the pitch considering what kicked off on the opening day ! , 4 points is probberly to much to ask from these next 2 games but it's a must if we're to turn things round COYS !

I think 0 points from these next two games will just demoralise everyone. Not a case of wanting wins it's a case of needing them.

Aye. Turn into town from the station and you will be there in a few minutes, there is the Byron on the left hand side which shows the footy but the beer is a little dodgy, the railway is great for real ale, but its a small bar, get 2 beers at a time! Elsewhere there is proper pubs like the wetherspoons (if you like the ale and call it proper) the bridge, the market, just have a good time and one in each.

I really enjoyed my time in northampton on the opening game of the season, proper welcoming folk and good pubs, I hope you have the same fun and result we had tomorrow!

We might not be the best looking town, but the pubs and people are decent

My mum was a Mansfield lass and i always got the impression she would have loved to have moved back there.
If she had her way i would probably be sitting in the opposite stand tomorrow

He was looking for it. Could of been sent off a few times. Turned in to a bit of a derby match atm. Great atmosphere. Bet the Northampton lads think they're right knobs.

In my view just about earned the right to take the lead, but then panicked and Northampton did enough to deserve an equaliser.

I don't think Murray made the right decision to sub himself on when we were leading 1-0. Correct, we were under pressure and needed leadership, but he didn't provide the right sort. It seemed like he got so caught up in wanting the win that he couldn't think clearly. He was sat so deep in midfield that he may as well have been a defender! What we really needed was someone to put their foot on the ball and help us keep possession. In fact Murray shouted at Tafazolli just before the goal for trying to carry the ball out of defence and look for a pass. Granted, it was probably in the wrong area but he was trying to do the right thing, just seemed like no-one else wanted the ball.

Wide players and defence looked okay to me, the place we really struggled and especially towards the end was in the centre of midfield. Oliver looked pretty decent up top. Is that in line with how others have been assessing us in recent weeks?

Overall, an enjoyable game despite the bitter blow at the end.
