Gutting end to the game, although fair result in the end. Low quality game as you'd expect when we have no confidence and Bury are bottom, however it was an end to end match and quite enjoyable for the neutral, in fact probably one of the most entertaining home games this season. First time we showed some fight for months, we need someone in quick however to sort the shape and defence out. Not sure there should have been 5 minutes added since most of the time it was Bury players rolling about like they'd been shot which wasted most of the time, but shit happens. If we'd have kept 11 on it might have been a different story.

Onto Charlton going to be a difficult game I'd bite your hand of for a point now.
At least the rot has stopped

We are shite, can't believe we paid money for Poleon.
Reminds me of Hiwula, can cause problems and get in good positions but can't finish his dinner. This last 18 months I don't think I've seen as many sitters missed as the last 20 years of watching us. Some wanted us to pay for Hiwula as well, can't get my head around people who rate forwards who can't finished pretty sure it's in the JD.

Massive win for us at Wimbledon with results largely going for us and we've lost 1 in 6 now, January looks to have been key. Wimbledon were pretty poor, just lumped it long and hoped for the best.

Only decided I was going at half 10 this morning, glad I did!

Shocking first half were Oldham deserved to lead but probably not by 2.
Second half total transformation, quiet first 15 then a Rovers onslaught were we really should have won. Fair play to Oldham twice they've done us this season hope they don't go down.

Best thing about today was the full time whistle at Ewood. Huge bullet dodged.

Lost to by far the better team. No complaints
I went on your fans forum and the comments were very fair, balanced and recognised there was another team on the field. This compares very favourably with last week where apparently our victory had little to with us.

That’s because we don’t have the arrogance/delusion of many (not all tbf) Blackburn fans. We are genuinely delighted and amazed at how this season is going and can accept that we will come up short occasionally and get beaten by a better side

Same could be said of many wigan fans but I guess their pre season expectation differed greatly from ours!

Seems to be a trend at the moment. Opposition fans every single game saying ‘we weren’t at the races today’ or along those lines.

Maybe just maybe we are playing well enough to force you into not playing to the best of your ability and playing our game. 2 sides to every match after all.

2-0 vs Blackburn and 2-1 at Shrewsbury is no coincidence in my book. Paul Cook also said we were the best team Wigan have played the other week from a game which we deserved far more. Who knows if this could actually happen?

Going to enjoy the trip to Oxford on Sarurday, fingers crossed we can get past Wombles in between! (Normally we are shit on Tuesdays)

Edit to add we also missed a penalty today and had 15 shots to 5 in a ‘fortress’

I have spent the bulk of this season focusing on the relegation fight, and have only recently looked at what is happening at t’other end. Having read Rovers and Shrews forums the last two weeks, I now want Shrewsbury to get the second spot. Chip on shoulder or graciousness? As an outsider the choice is obvious.

Said to a mate walking out that i got feeling we will be back here in May for the playoffs but i reckon we play each other in semis. We are still looking at teams above us yet so i wouldn't put it past us sneaking an auto spot the way we are playing.

I absolutely agree with you. We had a full season once where we were apparently so fortunate that we played every other side on the day they turned in their worst performance of the season, all the way to automatic promotion. It was never that we’d played well, if you went by the comments on the league forum of the time (then called Two View). The comment from a Scunthorpe fan above stating that they had now played shite against Rotherham twice this season is the same, maybe there is a reason? There’s nothing more one eyed than football fans. RealDons seem to have blown up since they demolished Bradford, I think we broke them.

Being the only winners in the top seven helps. More of that please.

Ok so firstly fair play to Plymouth for turning their season around but f*** me this arrogance is annoying.

Sure right now, you can look up to the playoffs, but just because other people aren’t riding your huh right now, doesn’t mean that they wrong and arrogant either. You know you’re really on form right now and there are still 14 games left for you. Do you honestly think you’ll win 11/14 of those or something? There is a decent chance you’ll make the play offs, but there’s a bigger chance that you won’t, because simply put - form is temporary.

Also, if you’re one of those teams where you make the opposition look bad - fair play to you but opposition fans funnily enough aren’t so swept away by the honor of play Argyle each week so guess what, they don’t see you play every week. They see their game which looks like they had an off day. Fans don’t tend to talk about rubbing the c**ks of other teams either, they tend to talk about their own teams on their own forums. The fact that you purposely go onto their forum looking desperately for people to say that Plymouth were the best team to grace the pitch, is simply laughable.

Whilst I do think you’re doing very well right now and fair play to it, realize where you are in the table as well. Talking badly of Blackburn fans because they said they had an off day when they played you is shameful. Blackburn fans were great when we played them, gave us many compliments- they aren’t evil.

Cracking win against a poor Oxford side. Their goal was the only real shot on target I remember which came from a mis-kick from our GK.

First half I felt we deserved to be drawing but the 2nd half we were superb, much the better team.

You deserved the win, no doubt. That said it was a game between 2 poor teams really and you weren't superb in the 2nd half (didn't need to be with how poor we were).

I wouldn't call it arrogance. Okay, maybe in league two us and Pompey were arrogant but when you're playing the likes of Cheltenham and Accrington infront of 2k fans it's understandable.

The reason we are enjoying this run so much is because we we'e absolutely shocking until early November, and now look a completely different team. This is the first time since 2011 when we went into Admin that we are competing and mixing with the likes of Wigan and Blackburn, it finally feels like we are heading back to where we were before it all went tits up.

I can understand why you may think it's arrogance, but we are just enjoying our team playing some very good football at the moment.

That comment is thrown at every so called small club by those who feel they have a right to beat you before the games played, when it’s thrown at us I just smile.

Was I right in thinking Scunthorpe played in different colours to their usual home strip yesterday ?

Yes. I was disgusted. It was nearly Hull City’s kit. One of our local rivals. Shit kit, shit town, shit boys. Letting The Berkeley get taken over by Rotherham was pathetic. I was crying coz I was gutted.

Got smacked by one of their top boys. Cut eyebrow, broken nose and one of my teeth knocked out. I’ll have to get McKenna and Chinky Dean on them when we next play then
