Yep I've also just seen that, that's the second one I have to change now after Li Na dropped out!

Whoever put Nadia Petrova in their team needs to change her as well.

I'm screwed in terms of the grand slam. Kerber and Bencic were two of my big hopes to go far. I had a feeling I'd have a shocker when I picked these squads.

I picked the girl who knocked Bencic out as my number 10 pick....................not that I'm rubbing it in or anything :D

I forgot to put in my picks, with everything going on with the old TFF! Good luck then Lee, hope you run well!

Andy was a bit iffy yesterday, but his serve did look better, and it seems he has reverted back to what he feels comfortable with after tinkering with it last season.

Good luck to the other Brits playing today!

James Ward the only Brit to come with any credit today I'm afraid. Played a great first set against Verdasco and was a break up in the third. Fine margins.

Watson looked way below par and, frankly, unwell. Huge shame after all the good work in the lead up to the GS.

Edmund isn't quite ready to be knocking off top 30/40 in the world players. He played okay but was never going to beat Johnson today.

Right, now I've got over the shock of my latter players falling early, I think I can still win this. Come on Team Wilson!

I'm pleased with my start, only three knocked out as I wait for the Querrey match to finish. Annoyed that I went with British bias and picked Watson though.

Long term gains.

Typical Monfils match! He's up against Janowicz next, could be another cracker. Good win for Pospisil as well, think he's a great prospect.

I think Monfils could be a dark horse in the tournament, he was playing superbly in the second half of last season, and he's always worth a watch with his shot-making and athleticism.

I'm thinking Andy will have a tougher match later on tonight up against Matosevic who isn't a bad player when he's on his game and will have the crowd behind him knowing the Aussies. I'll say Murray in 4.

Well that was far more comfortable than I thought it would be. Murray played well within himself as Matosevic self-destructed.

Bollocks pity he got through, hopefully the cramps come back in the next match.
