Forest seem to have done good business, with the Portuguese contingent coming in, Muric is meant to be good too. Losing Lolley would be a blow but haven't seen many rumours.

Fancy them for top 6, depends on how the foreign manager adjusts.

Heard that we are being linked with a possible loan move for young Wales star Ethan Ampadu.

Would love this to come off.

Ampadu dropping to the Champ would be madness, he could do a job for Chelsea this season. Surely any loan move would be to the Prem, he'd walk into Burnley's midfield for example.

Calm down son, you're a Bristol City fan FFS

Anyone would think you were a Luton fan with that arrogance
They're a basket case. There's no chance some random Mendes client shithouse is going to come in and keep that massive squad happy and get them fighting for promotion, quote me on it.

It depends which team he would go for, would be a real statement of intent for us to get him.

Maybe it has more to do with him being Welsh, hence the link with a Welsh club.

I agree though that he'd be a shoe-in for some PL sides.

How the fuck are we a basket case?

Last two seasons we’ve gone from staying up on GD, to mid table, to 9th. But for a dire run at the end of the season we could well have got 6th.

Our owner has a terrible history of sacking managers which I don’t like but he knows how to run a football club and our progression since he’s come in has been great

Basket case ffs

Nothing special at all, just better than Forest.

Any chance of you making any games this year M Dogg?

Probably go to a couple in August and then maybe early new year once the days get a bit longer. Depends if we are playing well I guess

Being Welsh?

He was born in Exeter and has never lived in Wales to my knowledge, he qualifies to play cos his mum is Welsh.

Harry Cornick has signed a new "long term extension" with Luton Town. Again, not revealing the contract lengths from the start of this summer on all players.

Forest get through a new manager every six months, have a first team squad of about 35 players and are being managed by a complete unknown an agent has fobbed you off with after lumbering you with a load of expensive, gash players last summer that had little to no impact.

No inferiority complex here, I just enjoy your fans on social media and various forums getting their hopes up each year only for there to be the same outcome. I'll wager with you the outcome of this season will be exactly the same, presumably you'll be interested given the comment seems to have got your back up.

His dad is Kwame Ampadu, used to play against Cardiff a few times.

Thought that he grew up in Swansea, not that I'm too bothered as to his life story.

As I said, would be a decent move for Cardiff.

Ashley Williams is definitely Welsh though ;)[/QUOTE]

Reading interested supposedly, I'd think most of this division would take him, I certainly would.

Reece James and Ampadu are the pick of the loanees this year from Chelsea if they decide to let James go as well.

What expensive gash players were we flogged? Can’t think of one other than a few loans that didn’t go well, but that’s what a loan is for.

The squad is big but will be trimmed and again, it didn’t cause us many problems last year as we finished 9th and a few points off the playoffs

I don’t really know what bet you’re offering really mate so cant accept.

Weirdly aggressive bloke

Kieffer Moore has joined up with the squad for our games in Germany. Looks like no real interest has materialised and with us probably missing out on Kone we'll probably stick with him.

2020 have gone into overdrive on the secrecy of late, much as I love them and they are great owners, getting a bit frustrated with it to be honest. Local media not interested in trying to find out the real story doesn't help either. As a fan I'd like to have some idea of what's going on, it's not as if it really helps them either because other clubs will be able to find out any details they want from agents. It's just the fans that are left in the dark.

According to a West Ham fan site, we’ve had a 4m bid for Hugill accepted but he refused our contract offer which would have almost halved his pay packet (18k a week as opposed to 35k).

I call bollocks on that. And by the way the fact that Jordan Hugill is on 35k a week is a sad indicator of how Premier League TV cash has killed the Championship. He’s going to spend the next three years on loan until his contract runs out.

Ha, as if people think we'd pay £3m for Hugill.

Only way that would happen is if West Ham agreed to pay £27k a week for the next three years while, we pay £10k. They're a stupid club but who would go for that?

He'd clearly be a good addition though, perfect for the system, Neil likes him and knows how to get the best out of him. Only way he's coming back here is on loan though.

I don't see any better options out there.

Has Hugill ever started a game for West Ham?

Seems to have been some progress? Although think that this is mostly coming from Peter O'Rourke who is off his tits if he thinks we're dabbling in the figures he quoted.

Add Beckford & Doyle and you can recreate our amazing, eleven goal, 2015/16 strike force.

Not convinced personally. I don’t understand how we can afford it unless we’ve sacked Lowe off over Pompey’s price tag (still no fee agreed despite the player wanting to go).

To be fair I think Hugill would do well for us, we play the same formation and style as you (just far shitter). But these prices and wages being quoted are sickening. I’d rather have Lowe.

He'd definitely be a good signing for you.

I'd happily have him back, even if it was just a loan.
