DC's said today in his press conference that there might be some loan movement to NL sides. He didn't name names but Arnold will be one, as will Elliott Whitehouse I imagine. Possibly Cameron Stewart but aside from those, we couldn't afford to let anyone else go.

We've got a Checkatrade Semi-Final next Tuesday so I'm not sure anything will happen before then unless we're well covered. I'm not entirely sure who out of out new signings are able to play in that.

Can't seem to settle anywhere. He's a League One player if he applies himself.

Alabi's decision to leave in the summer has backfired spectacularly.

Shame for him really, for the first time in his career he looked settled at our place. Tranmere was never going to the be the right move for him, they're a club with huge expectations at this level. JA was always a confidence player, and Tranmere fans were never going to have that patience with him.

Play him every week as your number 9 and he will score goals in this division. Definitely not an impact sub.

I feel sorry for Alabi too, when we bought him should have looked to play to his strengths. Whether he’s good enough to play at a higher level I don’t know, but certainly showed at Chester he can deliver in this league.
