Tonight's fixtures are:

Bromley vs Aldershot Town (assuming that the electrics now work)

And... well, that's it.

Massive game tonight though - Bromley will go third if they win while we could end the day in 1st or 7th depending on the result.

Personally, I would take a point tonight after 3 consecutive wins. My worry is that Brett Williams is due a goal against us and I believe he is available now?

Brett Williams is available and I would expect him to play rather than Jack Holland play up front again, unless George Porter gets the nod. Dan Johnson is likely to move to right back if Ben Wynter and Alan Dunne are still unavailable. We've played five games with Roger Johnson in defence and conceded once, so hopefully that continues.

Should be a good game in front of a bigger crowd considering the reduced ticket prices. I even get a free pint as a season ticket holder! :bg:

Deserved red card. Aldershot have spent half the game diving and moaning at the ref.

Strange first half. Aldershot scored with their only meaningful attack. Bromley had a lot of early pressure without creating any clear cut chances. In between everything, Aldershot seem to continually moan at the referee for incidents that aren't even fouls, then a player gets a second yellow for a clear dive near the centre circle.

That might have been because McDonnell got booked for the most innocuous of shoulder barges yet your number 8 gets nothing for 4/5 hacks at our players. The referee lost control of the game terribly and it was no suprise the game ended 10 vs 10. The only miracle is that somehow Gallagher managed to keep himself out of the book.

Anyway, onto the our performance and we were outstanding with 10 men - Fowler and Evans were rocks at the back and we were clinical on the break. Top of the league with 4 consecutive wins, 8 goals scored and only one conceded. Hopefully we can continue our form onto Saturday!

As a neutral fan that League table is terrific with 3 teams on the same points at the top and only 2 points separating the top 6.
Last time I proper looked at the table I think Dover were top and Aldershot had fallen away after their great start so cracking effort to already be back at the top.

Both yellow card incidents between 3:30 and 4:30 - McDonnell's first is never a yellow card and while getting a second for dissent was stupid (as Evans clearly pointed out to him just before he saw red), if the referee does his job and gives a clear foul on Robert then it doesn't happen. The referee lost control of the game unfortunately and as soon as he did it was never going to finish 11 v 11.

Interestingly, considering you were complaining about us surrounding the referee, how many players ran after the referee for both of McDonnell's yellows?
