Anyone having a nibble on the golf?

Usually do ok on this compared to my exploits on other sports.

Had Stenson, Fowler, Rose + Day in various bets

Betfair, Coral, Sky Bet paying out 8 places + Betway paying you out as a winner if your bet leads after any of the days. Both good offers.

    I've gone:

    Thomas Pieters 45/1
    Rickie Fowler 22/1
    Danny Willett 250/1
    Bubba Watson 80/1

I was 50/50 between Bubba and Brooks Koepka but I've bet on Koepka 5 or 6 times and had no returns so gone against him. No doubt he'll finish top 8 this year now!

The Open Championship starts on Thursday, anyone had any bets?

    I've gone for

Jon Rahm - 18/1 - I'm sure he'd have been a lot better value if I'd placed it a week or so ago before his win in the links.
Thomas Pieters - 55/1 - He's been shit the past few tournaments, for some reason I've still gone for him!
Ryan Fox - 140/1 - Big hitter and I think he'll do well this week, I hope so at those odds too!

Similar to the US, I had an outside bet that I decided not to go for and went for Pieter instead. Last time it was Koepka who ended up winning, this time it's Andy Sullivan @ 75/1, get your money on him

This is also the first time in a long time I've not had a tenner on Rickie Fowler despite pretty much every time I have bet on him he's returned profit.

Tommy Fleetwood probably one of the best hopes of a home winner.

I'd go for Justin Rose and possibly Ian Poulter finishing ahead of him.

9:36 a.m., Rd. 1/2:37 p.m., Rd. 2: Padraig Harrington, Pat Perez, Thomas Pieters
1:37 p.m., Rd. 1/8:36 a.m., Rd. 2: Matt Kuchar, Richie Ramsey, Ryan Fox
2:59 p.m., Rd. 1/9:58 a.m., Rd. 2: Jon Rahm, Patrick Reed, Lee Westwood

Ryan Fox and Jon Rahm with the better tee off times there. Shit weather currently. O'Meara is +4 after 1! Andy Sullivan also has a good afternoon tee off time.
