3000 scrap metal dealers and chimney sweeps come rattling into the big city on their horse and carts for their big day out tomorrow, I’m fucking dreading it, as I’ve said on many occasions, for a certain generation (mine) Wolves have always been our main derby, cannot abide them, coming to our ground playing like Brazil, storming the title, taking the piss out of our shit attendance & putting the relegation boot in.

They look the real deal this year I must say, I just don’t see them fading, and against our injury ravaged, below average side, there really is only one outcome.

Wolves never got out of 2nd gear all night, never needed to, we were marginally better second half in terms of effort but posed no threat to the Wolves goal whatsoever. Thought the red was harsh, not seen the replays yet but thought the mele in the first half was far worse and should have seen the Wolves lad red carded.

Utterly devoid of any confidence, creativity or attacking intent, I truly see this being my first time in thirty odd years seeing us finish bottom of a league.

Watched the game, enjoyed the first half but 2nd half Wolves were pretty poor and to be fair Birmingham gave a pretty good account of themselves. Their closing down was very good but they had no end product when they managed to get the ball back. Wolves always looked comfortable though, and if they were a bit more clinical they could of got another couple in the 2nd half.

Worrying times for Birmingham for sure, have got no real threat on the counter attack. Wolves grinded out a decent win which is what teams that want to go up need to do when they are not playing great.

I said the same when you played at ours the other week , you don't have any intent on attacking despite having some decent attacking players, you managed a point though with you're 1 and only shot that day but I felt if we would of scored 1st the game is virtually over. As you've said you could finish bottom unless you actually try and atrack/score. Surely with the players you have they are capable of doing it
