Jerome at it again! 1-0 at half time, but I’m not sure how....Villa put us under some serious pressure in the last 15 minutes of the first half....it felt like that lasted for about an hour.

Great point, Villa missed their chances thankfully. Defended pretty well in the main, especially considering that from the 25th minute we were constantly under the cosh.

Very entertaining game. Villa well on top but Derby a threat on the break, particularly first half. No idea how Hourihane didn't score, he could even have taken a touch if he wanted to. I'd fancy Villa over two legs against Boro, but think they could come unstuck if it were Fulham in the final - if it's any of the other contenders I'd expect them to get back up. Derby....you never really know. They looked a world apart from when I last saw them live (Sunderland at home) but at no point did I think they were ever likely to win.
