Team talks are like less than %1 of what a manager does though.

The highest level I was ever involved with was about tier 11 or 10 and before the game the manager never used to say anything as had said it all during the week but would have the assistant go over specific set piece assignments.

Joao is a very good player as is Matias, it's the problem of getting the latter out on the pitch though. Joao never got a real chance under Carlos strangely.

Joao is a really good player on his day, has way too many off days for me. One day he looks a world beater the next he looks like a poor mans Enoch Showumni, having a decent spell at the minute but for me he doesn’t have the consistency to be playing regularly for a side looking for promotion. The fact him and others have played so much since November is why we’ve won about. 2 games in that period.
