Put ourselves back in with a shout today, good results all round from our perspective, aside from the Bolton one, a draw would have been nice there.

I said last week, with Boro & Cardiff out of the way we must win 3 out of our next 4 games to have any chance whatsoever...Hull(h) Ipswich(h) Bolton(a) Burton(h), a solid morale boosting win today was just what the doctor ordered going into the international break. 2 wins from those 3 seems a lot more doable, I was seriously worried about Hull. If we don’t get the points required from them we’ve got Bristol-Wolves-Sheff Utd-Fulham of the final 6 games.

Still an uphill task, but some hope, it’s the hope that kills you :eyes:

King Adthe Nuhiu has saved us from a relegation fight, players coming back, chairman willing to spend cash, we'll be fine.

We will quite literally not win again this season.

We've won 2 out of the last 26 games. We realistically need 3 wins from our last 8. Not even remotely a chance of that happening. We're fucked.

Stam not interviewed after the game - is he going?

Surprised the bloke wasn't sacked after criticising the fans - usually that doesn't go down well!

You’ll beat us in a couple of weeks. We aren’t great away at the moment

Mick does it most weeks at Ipswich and he’s still got a job, maybe it’s the new thing :dk:

Since the end of the January 2017 transfer window that ripped apart our promotion side, we've won 3 out of 28 home games. Just turn up and don't physically blast the ball in your own net and you'll get something.

Edit: come home Mick

Please hurry up and relegate us.

1 win in 18 now. Cant believe we are not in the bottom 3. Going to have to hope the bottom 3 dont win a couple of games or we are in trouble because i cant see us getting many more points.

Two wins needed from 8 games to secure safety....not the season we had in mind but we go again next year with a fitter squad.

No chance he is going now - the club have had ample opportunity to do something over the last few weeks and have stayed silent.

In another instance of grandeur, Liam Kelly has turned down an Ireland call up in the hope of representing England instead...

Would love it if Reading go. Nothing against them personally but it’s arguably the worst away day in football. Sunderland and Burton are already gone, I’d say Barnsley will probably be the third as they have an inexperienced manager and a far weaker squad to Birmingham and Reading.

Replacing Reading with Wigan as an away day is like swapping Aids for terminal cancer.

Perhaps you could all show us mercy and let us win a few games - so we can stay up, and then you can come and pillage our town of it’s beer again.
We are even in the middle of the country and near the a38. Come on - you know it makes sense.

We always give you 4 points.
Can't give you all 6 every year, it looks too obvious.

Wigan is fine for pubs and the train station is in the town centre, within walking distance of the ground. It's an infinitely better away day than Reading.

Depends on your view of fine, I found it to be as equally shit as Reading...

Perhaps not helped by the fact we only seem to play night games there.

I've had a decent pre-match pub crawl there on a Saturday afternoon, it's easy enough to go via Manchester too. Much rather them come up than Blackburn, which is awful for drinking.

We found 3/4 decent boozers in Wigan when we were going to Bolton back in August.

There’s a good Wetherspoons, a couple of real ale pubs, a craft ale house, and a trendy bar under the arches at the railway station.

Loads better than Reading.

Much rather Reading drop than your lot, good localish away day despite the fact we're yet to beat you in your 2 Championship seasons...
