First of two home games in a week against promotion rivals. We have won our last 6 home games and only conceded two goals despite missing our main CB options. Wycombe are on fire and scoring loads, so something’s got to give here.

Really hope TAH is back to cope with Akinfenwa and I’m hoping Moore-Taylor makes a return also. I expect Tisdale will go a bit cautious and try to limit the amount of balls into the box. If we go 1-0 down I fear it could be a long afternoon...However if we take the lead then it could be quite an open game.

I have a feeling this will end 1-1. Taylor for us; Cowan-Hall for Wycombe.

Our last 3 wins have been 3-2,3-2 and 4-3 so i wouldn't be surprised if it ends up 3-3. Luke O'Nien is suspended for one game after being sent off last Saturday but Dom Gape will be back in midfield as right back Tafari Moore will return after a concussion at Luton. Cowan-Hall has scored in his last 4 games so should start up front with Nathan Tyson and The Beast. Not sure how many tickets we've been given but i know we've already sold our allocation.

Exeter gonna have their hands full, having watched both in the last week or so versus us. Maybe they can contain Wycombe better than we did. In the old days you just had to worry about The Beast as the rest around him were pretty average but Tyson and Cowan Hall are electric at the moment.

Damn! Ainsworth has won manager of the month which usually means a defeat straight after. :ffs:

Excellent, if you ask nicely I'm sure we'll let him collect it on the pitch and I'm sure it will be very well received

He was given it at our training ground already, can't see him doing a lap of honour with it later.

Wycombe are a horrible team to play. Can't afford to give them a goal head start as we know the time wasting and play acting will come out.

Hard to know who we'll have back from injury this week. Should have a few more options returning than we did against Luton hopefully. We've been really good at home this season and have won our last 6 there so fingers crossed we can continue that and draw Wycombe closer to us.

Only 1 change,Tafari Moore our right back is fit again so Dom Gape goes back to his best position in midfeld with Luke O'Nien suspended for this game,an attacking bench with Scott Kashket,Craig Mackail-Smith and Nick Freeman as well as 2 defenders and a keeper. Blimey Exeter's pitch looks rough but at least it wasn't postponed.

We were poor today, Stockley too isolated. Wycombe played better than us especially in the second half though I don't know how much that was down to us losing another centre half after 40 minutes.
Summed up the game that we finished with Sweeney up front.
Take a point given how poor we were but doesn't look good for the next few games

We lost one after 15 minutes, mind you McGinley is a decent replacement for Scarr who can be a bit rash at times. Bean doesn't score in 104 games then scores in 2 consecutive games hopefully he'll get the hat trick against Swindon on Tuesday.

Seems like a contentious decision to book Holmes for diving, probably should have been a pen.

Sad to see our young kid get his 2 front teeth knocked out. That's gotta hurt. Poor lad. Hopefully he bounces back from that.
