On to the next one then...

After Tuesday I would have taken a draw in this one given how tired we looked. However, Forest seem to have the same problem and I believe we are the better team this year. 2-1.

With due consideration to the players who looked absolutely ###### on Tuesday:

Fielding
Moore Flint Magnusson Golbourne
O'Neill Brownhill
Paterson Reid O'Dowda
Abraham

Agree with that, I also think reid looked knackered though too.

Forest have some dangerous players but I'm relatively confident of a win.

No Tomlin no win unfortunately. He's on 3 assists and a goal now Walkley_Owl, level with Forestieri?

Fielding
Moore, Flint, Magners, Golbourne;
Pack, Reid;
Paterson, Brownhill, Freeman;
Abraham.
One last push and then two weeks off. It's pretty shocking that players are having to be rested 10 games into a season which has already had an international break.

0-0.

Have quite a squad now. I don't really mind who comes on as they can all do a job.

JJH, Forest are conceding on average two goals per game. I can't see them keeping us out. I thought Leeds was going to be the harder off the two games.

Dissapointed if we don't win, but a point wouldn't be disastrous and would carry on our solid start.

2-1

Not sure what team I'd pick as there's so many different options available. Surprised though you've gone for Brownhill further forward as opposed to Reid.

Think we should win this, 3-1.

We should win this, even if you just look at form, no win in 5 for Forest compared to one loss in 5 for us. I'd move Reid to in behind Tammy and bring O'Neil back into the side. Maybe consider resting Freeman, by all accounts he's ran himself into the ground (literally in the last game), could always come on as a sub.

2-0 City

Reid's been playing like the complete midfielder recently, I like him in a midfield two. I like Brownhill as well, so does Johnson, he's worth a go even if he's in the middle and Reid's advanced.

This year we have great depth and so if players get tired we can swap them over.

Fielding
Moore Flint Magners Golbourne
Pack Brownhill
Patterson Reid O'Dowda
Tammy

I'm missing the game for training at a new job :sad:
This means it will be either a cracking game for us (big win or high scoring game) or we will lose.

Was brimming with confidence this time last week, but I'm feeling a heavy defeat today, hope I'm wrong.

At least a heavy defeat would bring some of our fans back down to earth. Theres an aura of expectation on OTIB that we are going to push for the top six or even top two!:hb:

Im going for another narrow win today. 2-1 COYR!!!

Johnson's gone with that team barring O'Dowda for Freeman. Like that a lot.

Wow Forest are awful. That's comfortably the worst we've played all season and we still won, and not undeservedly. Quite surreal how bad that was at times.

But a win's a win :lol:

Second half performance again.

We didn't really deserve to be one down at the break, Forest were pretty poor but for all our lovely play we didn't test their keeper even once.

Our set-piece deliveries were horrendous, especially Paterson's, which were frustrating.

Brownhill was good first half, not overly keen on him at right back though.

Up to 4th going into the international break on the back of four straight wins. Could be worse.

I actually thought Brownhill did really well in an unfamiliar role....but by God we missed Tomlin! Got to be happy with another win in the bag tho!

Didn't happen
Trying to deny what you put? :lol:

Just seen the highlights, lovely link play between Tammy and Paterson for the 2nd. The handball appeal in the first half, wow the Forest player was lucky for that not to be given, left arm fully extended when there was no reason for it to be when its been by his side all the way up to that point. Good three points and going into the break on a high again.

I hate international breaks......

We will play alot better than that this season and lose. Very flat first half, but much improved second. I actually thought Brownhill did very well at right back. Would struggle against anyone remotely quick. Not a great performance but three points all the same.

Team right, score right, what a don

And the missus just said randomly 'so the bloke who scored today used to play for the other team'. Win.
