chelsea are a little better now than they were in the early days, but both Liverpool and arsenal ran them over. Hopefully jose will have looked at that and have it at least in mind, even if it's just an alternative.

Liverpool were in great form it made sense, not matter how annoying, to park the bus. Chelsea are not and i'd like to see us attack.

Defending is still an issue for us though so...

Chelsea are trying a new system and so sometimes it will click and sometimes their inexperience with it will be exposed. I do think that the proper wingers would help Utd here though as I doubt Cahill and Alonso and Moses with Azpilicueta have a good enough understanding of the space to cover in the corners of the pitch where Utd could cross in from. But Rashord and Lingard will come inside most of the time I'd expect, and you'd imagine run into a brick wall. Though that wall does have clown hair with potential comedy value.

Judging by this form, the longer he stays the better. No better than LVG from what we've seen so far, in terms of both results and performance.

I don't think that it is as stale as Utd under LVG. Perhaps the end results are largely the same and they're not imposing themselves as they should but LVG had them do that in every game, in every encounter and was too stifling of the players. Mourinho still doesn't seem to have figured out his side yet, whereas LVG had figured them out and they were playing how he wanted and the result was awful to watch from a footballing perspective. Mourinho though tries to stifle the opposition rather than his own players, though they sometimes go hand in hand (see Eden Hazard).

I don't know Chimp. I'm not ruling out improvements once Mourinho spends more time with the squad, but I'd say the majority of what we've seen from United this season is no less insipid and shit than what we saw under that Dutchman.

I was just saying to the poor bored misses that even without a title win for the next 3 years id like to see jose retained and actual build a structure and identity. Whether he will?

With lvg it was this year or next he was going. The hope with jose is that he stays for 6 years or so. Before he goes off and becomes portugal manager.

Of course things change but i do t want to be like chelsea. Changing managers cos you haven't won the league for 5 minutes. That of course has to be balanced against seeing improvement in the team.
