Another departure for us, Matty Kosylo has joined Fylde. Honestly, I’m not as fussed as I thought I would be about losing him. On his day one of the best players in the league, but the day didn’t come around too often and he’s still obsessed with trying to start a fight every five minutes. There were 6/7 Shaymen who had better seasons than Kosylo for me, although if he keeps his head screwed on & if Fylde play to his strengths you’ve got a proper player.

Can’t blame a player for moving to a better club.

See, now that’s a good signing. Surprised it never worked out for him at Rochdale, just a good old fashioned winger with solid ability on the ball. Not sure how you’re going to fit all these midfielders into a system though.

When he's hot, he's white hot, when he's not, he's crap. Undoubtedly the right time to leave, but could have done a lot better than a Mickey Mouse outfit like Fylde. Thought Wrexham might have been in for him. :bdick:

Genuinely I believe we are happy because even if he offers flashes it's still more than what we got from others this season.

Hemmings and Tasdemir did nothing. How we got 350k for Tasdemir protential is crazy.

James Hardy was always injured or never turned up. Did well for you by all accounts. But tbh he won't be much of a miss.

Dan Bradley did OK. Probably needs a good pre season.

But Kosylo on paper and from what I've seen offers alot more than the others.

Were lost Tasdemir and Hardy. Would of thought Hemmings will be out the door.

At the moment I would guess it will be
Williams Haughton Kosylo

Behines Rowe. (rumor has it has just signed a new deal) As Bradley hasn't hit the heights of his first season so will have to work hard to het back into the team.

What about Philliskirk? I thought he was a key player in your side. Always stood out in the games I saw.

He's been playing him deeper with Croasdale. But with Montrose returning from injury he would go next to croasdale. Personally I see Philliskirk not getting as many games as he has this season. Probably still get a few on the old rotation. But I wouldn't be disappointed if he left. Didn't do alot through the season until the play offs came and suddenly turned up. There was a fans vote before the play offs and Philliskirk didn't get a good review

A fans vote right before one of the biggest games of your history? That’s nice of you.

Say a fans vote, was on a private page. But if he had saw it, then it obviously worked as he them played his 2 best ever games for the club in the play off games against Harrogate and Solihull.

Probably got enough about him to be a decent player at League Two level, so that's a good signing.

I also predicted Jordan Williams to Fylde - that's my third confirmed rumour this summer. I think that makes me "in the know" (It doesn't - some transfers are just inevitable).

Fylde have got a great non-league winger in him - though I thought Kosylo also played left midfield?

In a complete vindication of my prediction, we'll shortly be announcing Jonathon Stead. A local as dammit lad who played under Fullarton at Notts Co, and is bessie mates with Nathan Clarke, also a local lad, who he played with at Huddersfield. Solihull were also in for him but like Fylde, all they have to offer is the big spondoolies. That won't impress Stead, who was set up for life with his cut of the deal that took him from Huddersfield to Blackburn in 2004, if what I heard from Huddersfield fans a few years ago is correct. :ds:

Can't see it personally. Not sure if he's the sort of player we'd need either. Lacking pace up front as it is

We've just signed Leighton Mcintosh from Scottish League one side Airdrieonians.

GOING FOR IT!

Rendell has signed for Eastleigh. Decent move for both parties considering Eastleigh's budget cuts

That is one of the most predictable transfers I think I've ever seen.

They tried to sign him a couple of years ago, but he stayed with us to continue the journey Waddock was taking us, until his sat nav malfunctioned...

Interesting one this. Completely left field, but maybe he’s been scouted during the season. No idea how good Scottish League One is, but regardless of opposition, he seems to know where the net is. Looks a decent prospect.

Didn't Sutton beat them in that Scottish cup?
