Gutted for Daggers who could do with the prize money unlike Boreham Wood!

Come on Southport. The thought of Boring Wood being a game away from the Third Rd fills me with dread.

Won’t be saying that in year when we buy all the leagues best players thanks to our new owners. Balanta is just the start, hefty transfer fee paid and big wages too.

Taylor needs to be sacked, yet another formation change and with four players dropped. This is the worst Daggers team I have ever seen, many of our part time sides years back would have beaten them.

Woking at Plainmoor. Both sets of fans on the whole seem to think this is a sh*te draw.
Yes, it'd be nice to get passed Woking and whoever we'd end up with in R2 to land a plumb tie with one of the big boys away in R3. However, personally, I'd prefer us to go out as soon as possible so that we can *cliche time* concentrate on the league.

We've pocketed something like 50k from this campaign (not to be sniffed at I know) but I'd rather we were free of any cup runs sooner rather than later so we can get up amongst the front runners in the NLS and make a stab at retaining National League* status first time out.

*Even though that would mean having to travel to god-foresaken northern dumps like Halifax et al again.

Don't worry, your whistle-stop tour through endless streets of £1,500/sq. ft., Zone 17 pebble dash littered with miserable cockneys, damaged white goods and the odd plastic pitch containing Matt Tubbs looks to be an indefinite one. :bye:

Shoreditch of The North pal, Shoreditch of The North.
Meanwhile I hear plans to twin Torquay with Blackpool are well advanced. :ds:

Was going to say, Daggers are bankrolled again now aren't they?

Yeah they were in desperate trouble last time I looked about 5 minutes ago and it was THE END.

You paid a "hefty" transfer fee for Angelo -- How much ?? . In my opinion he wasn't good enough for the National league. Well he wasn't three years ago anyway.

Rumours are around £25k upfront with us giving Boreham Wood any sell on clauses for Morgan Ferrier.

Hitchin got through to the 1st Round tonight with a 2-1 win in the replay against Leatherhead. Bit of a shame that they only got drawn against Solihull Moors, im sure they would have loved a league club but their cup run so far has got them some good press and no doubt some welcome funds.

Been a bit of a welcome distraction from a poor league start too. Fingers crossed they can do something against Solihull.

Bill and Ricky through. Fuck off.

For the love of god Chesterfield please beat them.

The true mark of how far Chesterfield have truly fallen, they'll be underdogs against Bi$$ericay who I fully expect to to dispatch them.

Neutral fans should be cheering on Shrewsbury, Grimsby and Chesterfield in this round, they are
up against Salford, MK Dons and Billericay respectively, 3 disgusting clubs who should be liquidated ASAP.

Have Guiseley been sufficiently punished FOR WHAT THEY DID yet?

Asking for a friend.

Doesn’t look like it, no. Was expecting our game to be on that.

They have rugby on that afternoon and its the 11th November so guess they might also be covering Armistice Day?

Is anyone really that surprised that Sunderland are on TV, they could sell out their away allocation twice over so it makes perfect sense to stick them on from a business perspective,

Seems odd if BT are showing a 2:30 kickoff that afternoon. Surely that would clash with the final score show?

Got a Premier league game on earlier I believe and might not want to clash with the Manchester derby on Sky?
