Anyway I am really enjoying the FIFA demo this year considering last UT I stopped playing after TOTS ended

Not managed to play much of the full game with EA Access but I'm so glad the through balls have been made less effective.

How are people finding actually playing the online and offline FUT matches? I'm reading a lot about post-match disconnects but I haven't played it myself yet, it's still downloading.

Played my first FUT Draft earlier, won the first 3 games, just started the last and early on had to pause it. Forgot though that I had the PS4 set to turn off after 5 minutes of no use, so it turned off and I got a 3-0 loss! Got a Gold jumbo pack and a gold pack for 3 wins and a loss.
Best player I got was Berahino! Swish.

So I've reassessed my teams as Jese and Rodriguez were doing nothing for me. So with 88 coins to spare I built:

First game was a 6-1 win with 68% possession... Word.

Won the second game 9-0... Only 61% possession. In fairness the opposition gave up in about the 85th minute and tried to foul me instead (he also brought on a loan Ronaldo when he was 2-0 down, what a waste), it was 7-0 then. I highly recommend Parejo (4 long shots, 4 goals) and Felipe Anderson.

My current team, just got into division 6. Doing quite well, depending on the playstyle of opposition I bring on Remy to get in behind. Firmino is there to try out to see if he is better than Barkley. Love this formation in 16, it's actually viable to use in UT now. I'm quite happy, I tried to build a very hard working team and it's doing well, especially defensively where I hardly concede at all, I've had a lot of clean sheets. Going forwards however I typically only score one or two, had a few 0-0 draws too.

After playing NHL 16 UT for a week, FIFA UT is mindfucking me. I haven't tried draft mode yet but is it seperate too your Normal UT? So you would have two teams?

No, FUT is a like a special tournament within FUT. Basically your FUT team is irrelevant, you enter into a FUT Draft which is a 4 game knockout competition. When you start the draft you choose one of the preselected formations, then you have a choice of players per position to make the side you will compete with. So essentially this gives everyone the chance to play with the best players in UT if only in the draft mode.
Once you complete the tournament you'll receive rewards based on how well you performed. The side you made has nothing to do with the rewards so if you get a draft side with Messi and Ronaldo and the like, they're gonna have nothing to do with your rewards. You'll just get coins and some packs dependant on the level you played at. You use those rewards for your FUT side and if you have the coins or tokens, you can enter the draft again if you like.
It's just another way to earn coins and players, but unlike other tournaments you get a one off star team that's nothing to do with your actual FUT.

Getting on my tits already. Played my first league game, winning 3-1, disconnects from Ut server so don't get the win, have to play the match over, but my players contract have all had 1 taken off. Then play my first tournament game, win 6-0, after the final whistle it says cant connect to FUT servers, and so now the tournament tree still has me to play the team again, yet again though all may players have lost a game on their contracts. However I can share the accomplishment of a 6-0 win if I want to, even though the games been ignored.
