Is your central heating on yet ?

Whether it be gas or whatever system you have installed.....have you had it on yet this year? We've had ours on in the evenings for the past few days. We got a woodburner put in last year and it will be used also later in the year.

Yeah last week a few got turned on. I can't put the storage one in my room on as it seems to draw up the smell of hash from the guy downstairs, so I have to sit and freeze!

Put it on last night as it was freezing where i live. I'm right on the edge of Wells 100 yards from the countryside so it's colder than in the centre of town.The thermal tops i ordered arrived in the post this morning so will try and leave the heating off until it gets colder.

Radiator in our room off and the window open at night though. I hate a hot room when sleeping.

I'm lucky in that I've only got to put my heating on for an hour when I get home from work and the place seems to retain the heat.

Ours went on last week I think, but the radiator is off in my room. Nothing worse than having a hot bedroom. I'd rather it be cold.

Got a couple of log-burners, though, so if you get them on the go and keep internal doors open then that keeps the place nice and warm without the need for central heating on full whack all the time.

My place is a bit like that. If I leave it on too late in the evening, I find that I have to sleep with the covers off like I would in the middle of summer

Once it gets to the stage where dragging myself up in the morning without the heating on feels like death, then it's time. Or when the misses decides to put it on without telling me
