I think Victor will get a chance on Saturday but we should certainly be looking to bring in a replacement as he's inexperienced and should be introduced gradually if possible. If he impresses Saturday then I'm happy for him to start but we'll still need another striker as back up.

14 goals in 76 Championship games for Woodrow, Bradshaw scored 17 in 79 appearances at that level and I'm certain he started a lot more of those games.

With regards to why Barnsley? I think you answered your own question. He'll know he's going to get a lot more game time at this level so if Championship clubs were in for him he's probably thinking I'd rather start and score goals a level down than warm the bench in the Championship for another season. Also, don't know if you're aware Kenneth, but we're absolutely fucking minted now mate.

We've recalled our young forward Dan Smith. Looks like Chaplin is off to Coventry after he refused to travel to Doncaster, citing his head wasn't "right". Shocking behaviour regardless of how he thinks he's been treated. Club rightly wouldn't let him leave without a replacement. Eisa deal didn't happen so he stayed.
