Surely someone has to win it, if not then what is northendexile pissing about at with all these tables?

There is no real surprise in the current top 6.
Bottom 4 in the top 4 deserves a special achievement trophy. Although our “Stella” new manager (borrowed from the Fishy) may change that disparity.

Eight thousand and summat was announced over the tannoy.

Salford had one block which holds ~480, it looked about three-quarters full so I'd go along with the 360 suggested above
Awful support from Salford. Proper tinpotters

Be interesting over the Xmas week, Swindon (big allocation) and Walsall (also big allocation) will see our numbers jump right up again. Took a bit of a nose dive but thats due to us being away at Harrogate. Can't really see anyone winning this willy waving trophy.
The only chance others might have is MK Dons. If we win on Sunday, our away game there will be shoved out to midweek. A potential 5000 away following dropping to 1000 or so.

For some reason, my lad wants MK Dons away in January as that's on his birthday. I'd rather win on Sunday and get someone like citeh or Spurs away in the 3rd round. Another bumper pay day and a day out at a prem team. And we'd be on tele AGAIN.

MK Dons can be done anytime, although wish they didn't exist but that's another debate.

I liked MK away. The stadium is both good and dreadful. The actual infrastructure is brilliant (best seats ever). But the sparse home support plus a fucking drum makes it a soulless experience. We had 2,600 there and it was a bit flat.

I've said this before and I'll say it again. Yes it is a ridiculous stadium for league 2 but it wasn't built for us, we are just one little wheel in the empire of Winkleman. The stadium was built to allow the city to host stuff like the Euros, to put MK on the sporting map. If they hadn't built it that big the council wouldn't have allowed it either, they wanted a flagship sports stadium. I would have been quite happy if they had developed the hockey stadium and kept us there.

So that's why it's so big and it has even been built with the ability to raise the roof and stick another tier in these. Plus he can get 20000 in for concerts and host snooker and stuff in the Marshal arena with the hotel on site. MK Dons are little more than a wart he has to put up with to promote his other stuff.

Oh, and he now owns the MK Bowl. He bought it to build a training complex but at the moment he is still using it for music.

So sorry you have to put up with the souless experience at Stad MK. but it is what it is.

Tell Sam Hamman that, not us.
It's all gone tits up let's be honest. After stealing our club you started off in the championship. I'm sure Winkleman had aspirations of premier league football !! What actually makes me laugh is that we regularly sell out at plough lane and probably need a bigger capacity. In fact you probably need a stadium the size of ours lol.

Crewe away at them prices are very naughty. But then again so are Swindon. £20 is plenty, especially for a mere £3 more, you can be an away fan in the prem. Scandalous.

I watched our game at Crewe on ifollow as I refuse to pay £27 for 4th tier football. The Crewe commentators said they were surprised we didn’t take more and that it was down to our poor start, no it’s because you’re robbing bastards

Nowhere near some of the other ones. Oldham has been pretty chilly, Carlisle as that's in the artic circle, and Darlington.

If you're in the Main Stand where I sit and getting the full brunt of the wind it's absolutely Baltic on a Tuesday Night.

However, I'd agree Oldham is worse. Go Blackpool or Morecambe in the middle of winter too and you'll freeze to death.

Co commentator is on the club payroll so wouldn't dare criticise the club. Our fans have been very vocal about our disgraceful pricing. The club's justification is they feel forced to do it if they want to be competitive at this level.

I'm not saying it's right but it really doesn't help when bankrolled clubs are paying strikers over £250K a year to play fourth tier football. This, unfortunately, is the domino effect of all these takeovers at clubs happy to chuck money at it. We've not got rich investors but fans won't tolerate abject failure if you charge them £20 a ticket like we did 12 years ago then cut the budget to skeletal levels.

I'm all for a hard salary cap and ticket price cap at all EFL levels and in the National League. But it'll never happen. National League clubs and Championship clubs have no interest whatsoever in spending controls so until that changes, daft wages and obscene ticket prices are here to stay.
