Big game this. I'm strangely confident so we'll probably comfortably lose 2 or 3 nil.

Ive got a feeling you won't be too disappointed Professor!

For some reason I'm not looking forward to this despite it being a fairly important game for us, the defeat and performance against Stevenage were just such a let down probably the reason for that added to my worry I'm going to have the "pleasure" of watching Olly Lee prancing around Kenilworth Road again which is something I was sort of hoping I wouldn't be seeing again.

we are not playing great at the moment. very inconsistent. both teams need the 3 points. would be happy enough with a draw though to be honest.

Draw no good for us auto promotion wise although that in my opinion is now a complete long shot.

We need to start winning some bloody games as if we aren't careful we could slip out of the playoffs very easily especially with games against 2 of the chasing teams coming up.

And he's still got a year to go on his contract. That said, I don't think he'll be able to see that out.

A few changes, but no real width again unless Cook plays on the left.

Matt Macey, Stephen O'Donnell, Jack Senior, Alan Sheehan, Glen Rea; Pelly Ruddock, Luke Gambin, Jonathan Smith, Jordan Cook; Jack Marriott, Danny Hylton
Subs: Stuart Moore, Olly Lee, Isaac Vassell, Lawson D'Ath, Ollie Palmer, James Justin, Akin Famewo.

That bench I'm sure sends shivers down the opposition's spine!

Bar one header for Marriott we haven't created anything of note and on the whole look a bit toothless. Exeter barely ventured over half way so bit of a non event all around really.

1-1 was fair, neither side deserved 3 points I don't think. Exeter got the first and I thought the crowd were really going to turn but Palmer put in a great cross for Hylton. Concerning that it takes our centre forward to finally put in a decent delivery as nobody else seems capable.

After that Exeter kept the ball very nicely, we had some spells of pressure but if we're honest we didn't do enough.

Same old really, 2 points from arguably our biggest 3 games of the season. Not good enough.

Pretty combative game today, although neither team seemed to be firing on all cylinders. The goal we conceded essentially was a result of our own attack, so that's mega frustrating.

Our midfield is crap - its undoubtedly our weak link. Pelly Ruddock is having to do the job of all four at the moment; there are too many passengers in there.

With Palmer, Vassell and Hylton up front at the end, I like that line up.

Completely agree about the midfield, really think we need to go back to the drawing board to an extent, from looking at if we have the right players to the shape of the teams and if the diamond really is the right way for us to play.

This should have been addressed in January really with the signing of some proper central midfield players but we went after wingers for some reason. Nothing against Gambin who I really like (bit of a passenger today though) but what was the point of the D'ath signing?

Bit harsh that on Pelly for me, has improved greatly this season IMO and has been one of our better players over the last 2 months or so. Not his fault the rest of the midfield is pretty dysfunctional. Others far more deserving of your ire than him.
