I did see Paul Hurst and James Rowe were in attendance on Tuesday Let’s hope they think we play like we did on Tuesday, especially in first half.

On another note, how many fans do we need to bring to chesterfield and Grimsby to not be considered extremely tinpot.

Hmmm, not fully up on what you're travelling support is like these days. Is 500+ to North East Lincs reasonable on a Bank Holiday for you lot?

Please can we have a rule that says any new Halifax fans from now aren't allowed to have the word Shay in their username?

Well we took around 900 to Kidderminster. Results against your lot and chesterfield before hand might have an effect as well as being on tv.

Think we will take 800 -1000 to Chesterfield, and anywhere from 500-1000 to you depending on results. Nothing like the big hitters in this league, but we always travel relatively well locally in relation to our home support. Think it’s our brotherhood mentality as fans of years gone by. We are unashamedly tin pot now.

1000 away would be excellent considering you got 1600 at home the other night?

I was expecting around 500 Halifax to come.

i know it’s a weird one. 1600 on a Tuesday night before Xmas against kings Lynn is a weird one. Only in the sense that the crowd for that game for a normal mid table Halifax team would have been 1200 max. We took 500+ against chesterfield on a tue night at the start of the last season before covid. And we took 550 to Grimsby the last time we were doing well in this league On a Tuesday night.
Difference between us and Grimsby, Wrexham, etc is 1200-1500 would be an absolute max for us to travel to you when we are doing well. While it would probably be the floor of what would you bring if
You were in same position as us.

They were all saving their money for their cup final against Grimsby on Boxing Day.

Careful, I still hold a posthumous grudge against the late Countdown host Richard Whiteley, for thinking he was being hilarious when he made a similar "joke" about our relegation from the Football League on Yorkshire TV back in the day. :told:
