FFS. That is gutting to concede in the last minute. Form goes out the window when you play a Brother and you just knew they'd pile it on towards the end, like a Proper Club always does.

That feels like a massive point. A bit of resilience for once in about 3 years. Sounds like we were on top for most of the game and could have won on the strength of it but you'll always take an injury time equaliser. Unbeaten in 5 now I think? Little steps, little steps

Stupid mistakes keep on costing us, we are just an absolute middle of the road team, desperately need a new forward in, Luke James won’t score again this season.

We are dreadful now, and our passing football has clearly been masking over the fact that we have no plan B.

Barnet never had to do much to beat is 2-0, and instead of ramping things up to mount a second-half comeback, we continued the same, getting the ball as far as the area and losing it. Fans have turned very quickly and I'd say we need a few new players to come in or I can see things going downhill quickly.

Ref was shite (for both teams), which only added to the frustration.

From my experience of this level, that is a recurring theme. Our commo couldn't believe the ref today. Towards the end he booked the Wrexham keeper for time-wasting, when the fans were throwing the ball amongst themselves. How can you book someone for time-wasting when they don't have the ball? Not sure where they find these refs

Not good enough to beat teams above or around us. Short of play off quality.

The 352 would work IF we sign a left sided player who can offer a threat in attack. Couple that with a striker who has a bit of presence in the box and we'd be top 7.

Kitching would be okay at FB in a 442 but fuck me, we might as well just pick 10 men if you're gonna start at home with him.

The only culture shock for me in this league, is the officiating. Nothing wrong with anything else in this league apart from that IMO.

From my experience, refs in this league are awful with the advantage rule.

That was probably our easiest win of the season. If we didn't have a game again so quickly on Tuesday, we probably would've scored at least another two more. At 4-0 we did what we did when we beat Braintree 5-1 and just took our feet off the gas completely - Which is understandable.

Havant are in for a very long season, very little quality in the side who tired in the second half. To their credit they kept working hard and pressing us high in 3-4-3, but honestly I will be suprised if they stay up.

Will make the most of being top for a few days, yay.

I think this 352 works but Bates is being far to loyal to some players, if I was Dinanga I'd be asking Burton to terminate his loan, the kid hasn't had a sniff and is being kept out the team for a striker with 1 goal in 17 and Donaldson is far too good to be playing at RWB, stick Kioso in there and bring in Anderson to CB who hadn't put a foot wrong this season.

Loach
Kioso Davies Magnay Anderson Kitching
Noble Featherstone
Donaldson
Muir Dinanga

Would be my team for Tuesday, but will it fuck look like that.

They'll probably try and kick the shit out of all your flair players like Blair Turgott, like they did to ours. Its no wonder they have the most yellows and red cards so far.........

They cause teams problems with their quick forward play and they will try and frustrate, but their team discipline for me is their undoing.
In fairness, apart from a yellow card for diving in the penalty area, Solihull were no worse than Maidstone for sportsmanship. No complaints about their three goals which came from defensive howlers. Just when the Orient cup result was giving us hope for the league...

Dagenham deserve a big pat on the back this week - That is a bloody good result for them and a huge coupon buster.

Looks like their new signings have given them a bit extra.

Maidenhead truly shocking today....ir were Fylde Barcelona in disguise.
Fairly even game until ref gave them a penalty for what looked like a clear dive.
Prior to that we had Smith sent off for a reckless lunge. Not sure if it was more a yellow than a red.
Second half was one way traffic and Fylde could honestly have scored 10 or 12.
We gave up the ghost......Rowe even started playing quarter back, spraying passes around or maybe even taking the piss.
Embarrassing.....god knows what Pompey will do to us.

We were completely destroyed, and Fylde could and should have hit double figures if it wasn't for some very poor finishing. It was a clear red for Smith for me - went in hard and with studs up.

Devonshire has made more tactical errors so far this season than in his previous 3. Today's line up was all wrong and showed no progress from Tuesday. The Comley/Smith partnership at CM was overrun against 10 man Chippenham, so I don't know why we didn't start with the 451 with Owusu out wide that finished that game strongly. I am not sure how many more chances Bird can be given - I understand that he is a marquee signing on big wages but he doesn't look good enough for this level and I'm not sure how he hit 16 for Dover last year. Wins nothing in the air.

Obileye was dire yet again, Massey not much better but Ayo is really dragging him down IMO. Not sure how much longer we can plod on with 2 CBs, one of whom is clearly not good enough for this level. The other big problem for me is Worsfold who is very one footed and puts in cross after cross but doesn't seem to offer anything else.

Great win today, all our players are getting back to full fitness. I really expect us to start making great strides towards the top echelons of the league.

Wes Fonguck running the midfield again, best midfielder in this league.

For the first time today, we looked like a competent team.

Nathan Smith and Manny Onariasa have added strength to our back line. Add Ben Nunn and Ben Goodliffe to that and we have a defence who can stand up to big, strong teams.

Our front 4 now looks a million times better with Balanta and Munns in there.

Apparently another signing or two next week as well. I think one may be Cody McDonald - based purely on deduction of we're getting a striker in who Taylor has worked with and has played in the league above. That would be a very strong signing for this level.

Hopefully that will be enough for us to pull away from the drop. Braintree and Havant look like they're set there for the season. Got a feeling Dover will eventually start to pick up. Think Halifax, Maidenhead and possibly Ebbsfleet could drop into the battle.

Absolute beaut of a goal. Havant were utterly dire, but we’d’ve scored that against Man City. Just perfect.

Hahahahahaha! No.

Think Barnet are pretty nailed-on for top 7, mind. Really wouldn’t want them in the playoffs.

We really put on a masterclass of shit defending.

Absolute comical how bad the mistakes were for all 3 goals we conceded that I'm actually looking forward to watching the highlights just to laugh at it.

Hands up if you've ever heard of a Wes Founguck before you read the name on this thread.
To be fair, I've not heard of most of the shit players in this league before

Braintree were the better of two poor teams fighting for bottom spot

Having seen all three of you, I’d be shocked if Havant don’t claim bottom spot. Had absolutely nothing about them, including effort. As insipid a display as I’ve ever seen, and highly fortunate we didn’t score 7 or 8.
