The foul for the penalty was inside the area...and Jamille Matt should have been retrospectively dealt with...

The Pompey player went down like a sack of shit too. I got fed up of them trying to get our players sent off in the 2 games we played against them this season, it's rather nice it didn't work out for them this time round. What goes around comes around and all that.

Stop crying man, yes he possibly should have been sent off and not scored our second, however you should also have had a free kick instead of a penalty and not scored your second. Football has a way of making these things even.

Your player who took him down in or outside the area should have been sent off as McNulty would have been clean through. Not forgetting Sawyers challenge which even many of your own fans thought was a red.

On my phone but your a Cambridge fan, pretty sure your manager subbed one of your players of this season at FP because he could/should have been sent off twice.

Yep he was subbed as the Pompey players were trying their hardest to get him sent off by rolling around under any sort of contact. In their heart of hearts, Pompey fans know Spencer did nothing wrong, it was just another example of Pompey play acting and gamesmanship, more of which we saw against Plymouth in the Matt incident.

So Spencer elbows our player and Matt headbutts our player but we're in the wrong? Bless you.

So far this game has been the total opposite of Pompey v Plymouth based on this game only whoever goes through between Pompey and Plymouth should be getting promoted.

Anyone know what state the pitch Is in? Last I heard it was being eaten alive by some algae or something

It's a lot better than last nights!!

(It's recovered since the algae treatment and been good for the last couple of games)

Wow, 91st minute winner to send Plymouth to Wembley! Incredible!

Never mind eh Pompey, I'm sure you'll be right in the mix next season.

Gutting for Pompey. Last minute winner for Plymouth, think the keeper could have done better.

Late winner for Plymouth and heartbreak for Portsmouth who will have to endure another season of 4th tier football. Can't believe they've not got promoted with the budget and fan base they have, wonder what that will mean for Paul Cook. Well done to Argyle though they'll take a massive following to Wembley. hope they make it up always liked Plymouth as a club and there too big to be playing League Two football.

A great way for Plymouth to win it but must be horrible for the Portsmouth fans. I'm sure Pompey will be near the top again next season, we've been outplayed in the last few fixtures so I was hoping they'd finally get promoted.

I'd like to see Plymouth get promoted now though, another team we've got a poor record against.

Don't worry Skates, you can still sing about the myth of sending us down.

That game summed up our season. Didn't turn up when it mattered and switched off in stoppage time to concede a late goal.

We'll have to take it on the chin and bounce back next season. There are simply no excuses for not just getting promoted, but for winning this division outright next season.

Oh and Scummers, fuck off. Until you do anything significant with your "history" you'll never be as successful as we have been. Enjoy your defeat to some European no-marks next season.

Can't argue with the result, Plymouth were all over us in the second half and we were hanging on before the inevitable happened. Losing Evans and Hollands in the first half didn't help but we lost the game by dropping so deep and not keeping possession like we did in the first half.

The difference was Plymouth had Matt and even Jervis to an extent to pump balls up to and we didn't have anyone so all we could do was play balls to the wings and hope Roberts or Mcnulty could get onto them.

Confident we'll sign the right players in the summer to make sure we don't have to settle for the playoffs again. I'm sure we'll sign a Target Man in the summer and a more mobile CM.

While you can enjoy your defeats to some English no-marks multiple times next season? ;)
