Full time 1-1
Wimbledon were decent in the 2nd half and deserved the equaliser. Although the pen they did score was dubious. Still don't look fit enough. Missing Mullin massively, he just makes things happen they nobody else we have can. Dalby missed an absolute sitter a few mins before the end. Heading over from 3 yards
Watched the first half and Dons were all over Wrexham , if they played better than the first half then I’m surprised you've come away with a draw.....you didn’t look like winning that game in any shape or form.

We were the better team from start to finish, even in the opening 10 or so minutes before the red card. The only sniff Sutton really had was from our own mistakes, Patrick who looked dangerous had a chance to make it 2-0. We have a lot more about us in midfield with options off the bench as Foley proved with two through excellent through balls for the goals. We've height up front as well so the ball stuck against a large Sutton defence who to their credit defended their box well.

Thoroughly deserved win and pleased to have got off to a good start as we have a few tough fixtures coming up, most of which are away.

We were playing as well if you hadn't noticed.

Notts deserved the win but that felt a lot like two sides with huge flaws fighting it out

Think you’ll be workman like but struggle to score this season. Lots of tight games I reckon.

Damnnnn straight pontoonlew, no battering but thoroughly deserved victory. Flaws galore, scored 3 should have scored more, entertainment galore for all in attendance, and important 3 points.

Great debut for Crowley

Oh and just the 12,950 in attendance.

It's just good to be back

I can’t go to Notts now because of my puppy.
Been looking forward to this all week, managed to flog my ticket this morning on Twitter but I’m absolutely fucking gutted.
Bollocks.
You look after your puppies they are the only ones who shit on you lovingly :)

We still desperately need to sign a defender, got away with it today - Rawlinson was abysmal.

Different story going forward. Jones and Nemane out wide with McGoldrick/Crowley in behind Langstaff is a lot of fun.

Grimsby were very disappointing

Decent enough today and deserved the win. Created plenty and gifted Colchester a goal the first time they came forward.

Saw it out fairly well with only one real chance of note late on for Colchester but still annoyed at how we go one up and essentially parked the bus. We did it last year and got found out and the same will happen again unless we change.

4 goals from 4 different players already, but I get your point.
Smith's sending off was for an off the ball stamp that the 4th official spotted. He'll have a 3 game ban for that.

1-0 win vs Accrington, pretty comfortable through out the game should have scored 2 or 3 but 3 points is all that matters

3 wins from 3 in all competitions very good start to the season

Funny, he was an absolute dickhead against us last week for no reason whatsoever.

Dominant performance today from Mansfield.

Morecambe wanted to frustrate but once we scored with pretty much the last kick of the first half there was only one result.

Enjoyable game that. Should have been out of sight at 2-0 but Crewe played well after conceding the second and deserved the point.

Thought we looked decent in patches. Was really impressed by Oduor and Pattison who I thought were the two best players on the pitch. The goal we gave away was absolutely atrocious - proper Sunday League stuff and a freebie for Colchester. Sam Stubbs is gonna give me a heart attack this season! About six times he spun an attacker on the edge of the box. Knock it off, Sam. Looking at this game along with the Accy and Crawley games, I think we're gonna score more this season but also concede more. Oyegoke looked quite shaky to me; There were three times I think where he put the ball out for a corner when he could have left it. He looked decent going forward on occasion, though. Definitely need some pace in that backline for me. Not sure how many other teams will lose a foot race with John Akinde.

Also thought Tyler Smith looked really bright. Think once he and Cook have more games then they'll make for a very good partnership this season. McDonald steadied the play a bit once he came on and you can tell he's played at a much higher level. Fairly happy with the home opener all said.

Thought the ref was about as consistent as dogshit-jam.

We've got to stop giving teams 2-0 head starts, we're not always going to be able to turn it around. Two decent points vs Mansfield and Swindon. Need to get some wins on the board now with two home games coming up. Also crazy that we've scores 5 goals this season all of which have been scored by defenders

That the big lad who was constantly saying stuff to your crowd and gesturing in your player's faces? Did seem a bit of a dick.

Horror show of a day. Feel bad for the few fans going up all that way, such a waste. Will cost us for next 3 too.

Was it an obvious red on TV? Just heard the scream and presumed it was a hand in the face.

Absolutely shite that. 3-2 to Notts was very flattering towards us. We need to ditch our current system pronto as it is not working. Rose, Vernam and Eisa are not a front three. I'm bowled over that Hurst started with that combo again. He doesn't seem to know what to do with the players he has right now, which is quite concerning. Hopefully this is partly to do with the team gelling.

Notts were fairly decent today though, not taking anything away from them. Could have and should have been a bigger margin than a single goal victory for them. I was thinking we were lucky to go into half time level before we went 2-1 up thanks to a combination of them switching off and a lovely assist from Mullarkey. Mad that we could have drawn that without a somewhat fortuitous equaliser to make it 2-2.

One thing that was very frustrating was that we weren't pressing Bostock better. Get into him and stop him getting the ball down and across to their more dangerous players. Notts very organised in the middle of the park. Palmer was quality for me today, very clever player who created space for them time and time again. Nemane and Crowley constant threats down the right. If Nemane had better end product he's a L1 player no doubt.

Not a good day at the office for us at all, feeling fortunate that we escaped a spanking. Best team on the day won that, no complaints at all here.

Yeah, waved Stone off right in his face when he got sent off and kept gesturing at the crowd. Don’t mind a bit of a player giving it back after fans have been having a go, but we’d done nothing to him haha.
