Rilee Roussow, Fidel Edwards, Kyle Abbott, Sean Ervine and Gareth Berg. Five Kolpaks. Ervine and Berg are both Kolpaks in all but registration, one a Zimbabwean and the other a South African.

Ervine and Berg are not Kolpaks - they both have EU passports. I think you're right about Edwards though - I'd forgotten about him.

As I said they are Kolpaks in all but registration. EU passport or otherwise. They are not British.

Despite a solid New Zealand start looks like our bowlers are coming up trumps again.

On paper this is a toss up between England and India.

Still need to bin off Roy.

Sri Lanka getting back on top after some idiotic run outs, would make the last games in Pool B very interesting if they see this out as they should, still shave Chandimal to come.

Kohli's captaincy has been shite today.

Got to win now surely. We will probably end up getting India in the semis now and losing ffs.

I doubt India will finish second unless it's a no result, their NRR is high after the Pakistan game.

Saying that, all it takes is one of QdK, ABdV or Ravada to turn up.

Looking at the run rates it's pretty likely to be the winners of the Pak v SL game. Well so long as we top the group

Not sure how easy we'd have to lose to not top it tbh. We have the best team though and are at home so I'd probably fancy us to beat anyone at the minute but it's England so we naturally get let down in the end.

We will finish top, it goes by games won before NRR, hence why India will only finish second with a washout against SA

Cheers for the info. I thought I read we'd come top but couldn't work out why so presumed it was wrong.

England don't need to fear anyone but avoiding India in the semi final would be very helpful. Lancs Middlesex looking a good game in the County Championship. Surrey looking like racking up a big total against Essex despite Sangakkara being out for 4.

Sri Lanka yesterday, Bangladesh today.

From 33/4 and now sitting on 214-4, epic partnership.

51 off 48 required.

Was hoping the kiwis would win that. As funny as it would be (and it would be very, very funny) it's a bit off if Bangladesh end up progressing ahead of the Aussies. Take nothing away from them, Shakib and Mahmadullah were excellent today, but they've been the big beneficiaries of the weather, after being outplayed twice it's hard to say they deserve to go through

It'd be hilarious tho

Nz got unlucky with the weather once and got outplayed twice. Aussies got unlucky once and got lucky once with the weather. If we beat the wankers tommorrow Bangladesh deserve to go through as much as the other 2

Australia battered them and if it rained 10 mins later they would've been out, so I wouldn't say so. But that's how it goes.

Outstanding bowling performance. Not over yet with their attack but we ought to have that, good 50 below par

I don't usually take notice of the dot ball count so maybe I'm exaggerating but Wood bowling 40 of them in 10 overs seems a ridiculous effort.

Good stuff from Rashid and especially Wood. Some of those Aussie shots though.

I assume everyone is watching the footy then?

We're on the verge of dumping Australia out in a performance akin to Bangladesh yesterday. Morgan and Stokes with the epic partnership today. Less than a run a ball required with Stokes still about with Buttler.

Roy failed again.

Hales, Root, Morgan, Stokes, Buttler, Rashid, Wood and Plunkett all in form, bad news for the rest of the sides.
