What i mean is our league could potentially be null and void if there are enough votes from NLN/S.
Thats like saying Scotland have pulled out of the World Cup so England, Wales and N Ireland have to as well.
There has to be a sensible decision where each step is decided separately.
Scotland would need to actually get to the world cup first though.....

Kettering have already stated they will not play again until the result of the vote. What happens if NLN clubs loose but refuse to take on loans or play on.
Concord Rangers are also refusing to play

Concord refusing to play. The grants last time equates to about £70 per spectator each month I believe, putting them about 10th on the list.
They averaged about 400 fans last season that should easily survive them for full season.

Interesting interview with Southport director Ian Kyle
Minute 3 to 13 ish

Quite an honest and open interview. To be fair to him, he's done quite a few of these and kept us up to date with what is happening with the club in the overalls scheme of things. The meeting tonight of amongst NLN and NLS clubs could be interesting, wouldn't surprise me if there is a mass refusal to play league games this weekend (or until the outcome of the vote).

Couple of interesting bits from Fylde (who are voting to continue):

- Loans are over twenty years, 2% interest with a four year payment holiday.
- Sport England have confirmed that any money accessed from the winter sport package thing can be used for wages (seems this was a worry for some).
- Sport England has offered to pay for regular rapid testing.

They’re bankrolled way above their means and their chairman on Twitter is quite frankly embarrassing, he wants it cancelled as he knows they’ve been punching way above levels for too long. The beach boys nickname says it all.

That’s what’s wrong with the full system,Bradford Park Ave are refusing to play and got 90k,they would not take that in gate receipts.
Would love to see a full breakdown of gate receipts last season per grant money some of these clubs.
Understand teams like Chester are out of pocket.

I hope there is mass refusal and Wayne joins them.
Cant wait for minsterman's central's reaction then!

Sorry, the clubs refusing to play after the suspension are lifted should be punished for refusing to fulfil their fixture obligations.

No issue with them wanting to cancel the season, even if the loans on offer are very competitive, but you keep on playing until the decision has been made.

The same for any club who refuses to play on if the league isn’t cancelled; should forfeit their place.

Sorry but what’s competitive to some teams could be crippling to others it’s nonsense to think all teams are the same.

And who pays all the wages and expenses in the meantime.

Which teams are on the verge of collapse?

Our Chairman has said we would struggle with a loan rather than a grant. If clubs are forced to take a loan, I have a feeling it may see the end for some.

How accurate is that though, and what is it based on? Is it audited accounts or has someone just sat down and multiplied the highest entry fee by average attendance? Unless it’s from the clubs own accounts I don’t see how it can take into account fan base demographic, special offers, number of ST holders etc..
ours was based on our average gate from the previous season when in all likelihood it would have increased by 50%. Doesn’t take into account our bars‘ revenue annually is as much as all footballing income, gates, sponsorship et al. Our bars have been closed now for nearly a year. Simplistic modelling of lost revenue based on attendances is flawed.

We supposedly are.
& any teams who's directors don't want to put of more of their money into clubs?

I find it hard to view it as anything other than sabre rattling at this point.

If there's no relegation then there's no pressure on NL clubs.

How many of those 17 were better off as part of the funds distribution than they should have been?

Our owners have come out and said they don't want to put the club into debt by taking out a loan. So I'd imagine that's us confirmed as voting null & void.

Interesting, given that Concord have been one of the loudest at refusing to play etc.

Concord fella said there were too many differing opinions in the group.

Also said

"We have taken this decision with the hope of some funding in the very near future from Sport England, & I can confirm that we have received our funding pack this evening."

So who the fuck knows?
