Stan Wawrinka wins in 4.

Good tournament for him given the supposed lack of form coming into it...

Murray capitulates in one game and that's the first set gifted away all on his own racquet. Infuriating.

Murray's given two games away, one in each set. That aside though, he's attacked Djokovic at all angles but he's just stood up to everything. It's quite a ridiculous standard.

Pathetic.
Absolutely; how he can play amazingly well against others and then come up with this against Djokovic is a mystery to me, its not like Djokovic does anything to truly hurt him, its only his consistency that keeps him ahead, but everytime he does so, Murray's head drops. There has to be a mental block there somehow, he has to overcome that.

He makes an error and then his mind wanders for a few games thinking about it, you cannot do that against the top guys because they smell blood and go for the kill there and then. Your mind cannot be wandering for 2 consecutive points let alone games against Djokovic. That for me is always the difference, Djokovic is always 'on it' and takes his chances. Mistakes are quickly erased from his mind.

The mistakes I can forgive as he'll create plenty of chances to get them back; but its the lack of fight thats depressing. Putting up a better show of it now though 2 sets down.

Murray has missed open courts with shots, he didn't create a single break point in the first 2 sets, he was making too many unforced errors. At least Djokovic isn't winning the title without losing a set. Wawrinka is loving this right now. Djokovic up to tricks once again here.

Do you guys play tennis? It really isn't as easy as that. It's as much a mental sport as it is technical and physical.

Absolutely correct its as much mental as physical, which makes it imo, the best one on one sport in the world to watch. The nerves, the shot-making, the tactics, the mental attitude, the delicacy, the power, the grace - you don't get that in many other sports.

I haven't played it in a long time, only badminton regularly up till a couple of years ago when my back started playing up.

No but I did play 20 over cricket and control of the remote is also as much a mental issue as technical and physical ability. Tension mounting in the HA household. Yorkies 78 for 3 after 10.

Get in Andy. Super hold of serve and then follows it up with by breaking Nole to love. Going to be interesting to see when the officials decide to call it a night, particularly as momentum is now firmly with Andy.

Rain in 20 minutes? Murray's match if they stay out. Novak favourite if they come back tomorrow.
