UEFI is the future, there will be no such things as a BIOS soon which will cause issues with a lot of old legacy hardware.

Absolutely, but due to the aforementioned HDD issues, I had to go to an older one which won't run UEFI, the PC says there is no readable Disk if I try to boot UEFI, therefore having to run on bloody Legacy.

Russell Howard's good news is quite enjoyable and he's rather quite likeable talking about current topics. Not really a fan of his stand ups tho.

The fact that the like thread, which should be a haven filled with rainbows, bunny rabbits and wispa bites, is full of bloody TECH DISCUSSION. Personally, I have grave concerns over the apparent spread of the Pagnellitis virus which appears to have infected at least a couple of other members. Are there not sufficiently robust programmes in place to combat its deadly advance? If not I think this needs to be addressed asap.

Yes! That's more like it!

Shush you miserable swine.

 I've had some pretty low moment in my decade long stint at T/1FF, but being branded miserable by the resident King Of Dour™ just TAKES THE BISCUIT*

*The Pineapple likes biscuits and considers this to be an acceptable topic of discussion for the Like thread

Look for a diesel if you can mate, the emissions mean the tax is dirt cheap. I've got a Fiesta to run around in and it only costs me £30 the year to tax it (I pay for it monthly )

I have been but the mileage on most of them is cause for concern and i need something bigger than a smaller hatchback. i found a diesel 407 for just over a grand with under 90k miles on the clock, new brakes and pads. advertised with good tyres, excellent body work etc. ideal. went to view it and it looks someone took to it with a fucking chainsaw inside, seems they forgot to mention that :lac: been looking at petrols today as it sems you can get a better condition car for the price but the tax is a killler. just have to wait for the right one to pop up i suppose

I fucking hate Andy Parsons.

I just Googled Andy Parsons because I didn't know who he was, and I still don't recognise him even with the pictures.
