Everyone in this league signs thirty odd year old strikers. There's not a team in this league that doesnt have any of those.

Why do you even bother writing stuff sometimes? Cue every club that doesn't have one smashing you to bits. Again.

Oh yeah we're one of them clubs that do not have a single 30 odd year old striker.

Wonder who else is in line for an extension? Tempest is an obvious one. The 1st/2nd year pro's? They haven't played at all really since Christmas. Stanley or Sparrow? Sparrow is getting on and hasn't had a look in recently. We already have 8/9 on a contract for next season. Maybe Howe could get another year. He's not bad for a young centre half, could be one for next season with Nat Brown and Diagne getting released.
Sounds as though Tempest is another one.

Adam Dawson has told the club he wants to leave. He can go he's a great player but his attitude is awful and his record with injuries is awful. Apparently he's off North West so Tranmere or Wrexham probably.

I'd have him here in a shot.

I suspect it will be Tranmere though. Or maybe Chester have found some money down the back of a sofa somewhere?

Good shout.
We had him on here pre-season, same time as Dan Parslow, he didn't impress too much tbh. Then some derogatory posts on social media afterwards by his missus would rule him out I would say. Don't think he's ever going to get enough loyalty points on his clubcard to buy a tube of toothpaste at any club he plays at

Good riddance. Clearly a talented player, but the club have paid for an operation for him and now he wants out? Perhaps there's a reason he's been at 11 clubs at the age of 23. Shame really, because with the way we've been playing recently, he'd probably suit our style now unlike at the start of the season.

I'm not so sure it will be us, now Makreth's signed up for the rest of the season. Dawson did improve us when he came, but some of Brabin's comments on the player suggested he wasn't a big fan.

More news on the Dawson rumours according to our forum he needs another Op on his groin after it failed the first time and the club are refusing to pay for another. So whoever wants him may have to pay for an OP which if no one's wants to do his career could be over for the time being.

IF true, then no suprise we rejected them, £10k is nothing in football even at this level. Also I suspect Beckles will get far better offers in the summer anyway.

Port Vale and Portsmouth bid for him in January. I would be very surprised if he is with us next season!

Not a transfer as such but there's rumours going round that we've had a takeover bid from someone called Ashley Read, who tried to takeover Woking earlier in the season I believe?

Liam Hearn rejects the opportunity to leave on loan to get some minutes - one National League Club and one from the North, apparently Harrogate.

We are bringing in a new keeper on loan today after Eastleigh's pitch caused Dillon Phillips to tear his medial ligament, ruling him out for at least 6 week, more than likely longer.
