Another shit signing alert

Jonas Svensson, Norwegian right back. £1m supposedly. Great.

Seen him play have you? I haven't but on paper it looks a quality addition.

Value is definitely abroad, Bristol City taking the right approach I think. Signing players from other counties where the football is similar and they won't take long to adapt, just look at Huddersfield as an example. We're apparently signing a Premier League striker on loan until the end of the season on 40k a week...
Rhodes or Nugent?

Would expect it to be Nugent realistically out of the pair, would prefer Rhodes but not sure Boro will let him out on loan. Aren't you supposed to be in for Nugent?

Even if we were I very much doubt we would stand a chance against you or Leeds who were also rumoured to be after him.

We need a striker but unless Hemmings decides to open his cheque book I think we will more than likely be looking at a young lad on loan from the Prem or lower league gamble.

Shame Dallas didn't get that much of a fee and went to Leeds, he's a great player
Yeah, we lost Dallas and Diagouraga for low fees as their contracts were both up soon and wanted more in wages than we can afford.

We've also lost out on £6m+ fees for Judge and Jota over the past couple of years due to injuries...

So, it could have been so much better

Downing been told he can leave Middlesbrough reportedly, you'd imagine there would be a fair few interested despite his age.

Us and QPR want Hugo Rodallega from some random Turkish team. Used to like him at Wigan but he's in his 30's now...

Claude Dielna finally leaving us after sitting on his arse for 18 months, Dinamo Bucharest signing him. Hopefully more to be moved on after Kean and Dielna.

We've been linked with Sam Winnall should we sell Hogan this window. Would be quite pleased with that.

19 in 35 games last year, hat trick against Besiktas. He is the only non turkish player to ever do that, as exciting as that Wiki stat is.

Could do a job in this league, cannot be worse than we already have.We are linked with Kone from Everton. I would be happy with him as well, I think he will score a lot in this leagu.

Amazing, West Ham just want all the strikers they can have.

Villa, Derby, and Watford want Lansbury. Derbys bid was 2.5m, dunno what they were thinking.

He is but still.. Selling the captain to the biggest rival for that kind of money.

Think Lansbury will sign a new contract, if Fawaz sell the club in the next days.

Wolves the first to show their hand in the race for Danny Ward, £1m been offered.

Normally we're the type of club that'd snap your hand off for that but there's at least 6 clubs who've registered intrest.

So Derby, Ipswich, Huddersfield, Wednesday, Bristol city the bidding has started, let's see what you've got.

We've also had a bid for Bogle turned down, not the 850k that's been reported but we're going back in with more.

Yeah.

Hernandez and Jansson on permanents for no more than £4m will be better than the vast majority of deals this window.

We've signed David Nugent. £2m.

Steady signing, glad we've gone for him and not Rhodes at 12m or Hogan 15m. Silly fee's. Pretty risk free, Fulham are essentially paying for us to sign him if they keep CM so we all win bar Martin.

As far as Lansbury goes, 2.5 million isn't a bad fee IMO, rivals or not. Injury prone and an absolute bellwhacker. Americans will sell it seems when they gain control, they're not utterly fucking stupid like Fawaz.

I hope they never gain control. Fawaz is doing an amazing job.

Wouldn't put it past him to not show up tomorrow, and the uncertainty continues.

Where do you see the consortium will sell him?

Forest offered him a new contract, but seems he is waiting on the ownership case before making up his mind.

He refused to play for you on Saturday. There is no way he's signing a new contract!

No player would sign a new contract with Fawaz as owner. Lets see when the consortium comes in, IF they do.

But i would rather keep the young ones than Lansbury.
