Still a few injuries to contend with for ourselves but even so we ought to be beating Rotherham, that said we NEVER beat Rotherham at Hillsborough so i have no idea how this will go. Surely we have to beat them this year don't we?

No doubt we'll make this tougher than it needs to be, Rotherham always win at Hillsborough but if we don't beat them today we never will. Looking at their latest results they haven't really been getting hammered, but if we can grab an early goal I could see us getting a few today. We're still struggling with a few injury concerns so don't expect to see too many changes from Tuesday, Wallace for Bannan seems a certainty though. Looking forward to hopefully seeing a bit more balance to the side if that's the case. Rotherham have been slagging off Hillsborough as usual but they should know it well from when they used to be Wednesday fans. Never used to mind Rotherham but after coming with their begging buckets a few years ago, they've been on their high horse the last few years and their little love in with United is embarrassing, really want to thrash them today.

Well my prediction was pretty much spot on, we were poor and made very hard work of it, without the likes of Forestieri, Hooper, Bannan and Lee were a totally different team going forward as you'd expect. Rotherham were time wasting and throwing themselves on the floor from the off though so it wasn't an easy game to win. We've took 6 points from 2 games where we've played crap so definitely a sign of a good team there, great way to beat the mini pigs as well the bitterness from them is great. Good 3 points and lifts us back into the top 6, before a massive game at Newcastle on Boxing Day.

Didn't go myself, wouldn't pay £36 to keep you lot in £30 grand a week players but I think you'll find the bitterness is directed at the referee, who it seems had a very bad day.

I walked back from the game to Hillsborough with SERNWA, he's a good lad.

A few Rotherham fans were ringing in praise or grumble which fair enough is full of mongs, but they were all being bitter about the ground, and how we have no chance of going up ect... yeah we played crap but the ground comments make me laugh. Forgot the New York flat pack is the Wembley of the north.

There's no doubt in my mind that Hillsborough is a fine old ground but the away end is dismal and needs knocking down.
NYS is no Wembley but it offers a lot more to away fans than Hillsborough and for £25 not £36.

I'd agree, the Lepp end needs razing and rebuilding but there's no need as yet.
