We've got Notts County away in this for the 3rd time in 4 years next so hopefully no one goes but I bet about 500 or so will turn up. Shit c***. Think we took about 750 the other year when it was the JPT.

3800 at Home Park for Plymouth vs Exeter - including 280 from the capital City.

Bad in the sense its 3800 too many, but considering its about 10,000 less than a normal Devon Derby its some sort of result, boycott wise.

I remember the time, not too long ago, that we sold out the away end at Scunny in the very same competition (as it was then).

Well done Mr Harvey and co for ruining this competition.

1 It's not our cup final. We have been better than you for the last 13 years. It's your cup final
2 Why are we scabs??
1) 13 years, not that you're counting or anything. Also, you certainly weren't better last time we played you in a meaningful game.

2) Scabs for having a 4 digit attendance in this competition, obviously.

I'm not even sure we're still in this. I kinda remember getting beat 3-2 by WestHam a couple of months ago but we don't appear to have had another game.

Suits me.

Watched the FGR match highlights, and I see Danny Wright is up to his old antics again. WTF is wrong with him, will he never learn? This ain't the first time he's done similar and I hope he'll be hit with, at the very least, a 5 match ban.

1. It's the Checkatrade Trophy
2. It's Forest Green

Good luck to him.

Is it permitted for the draw to be fixed so there are so many local derbies ?
Yet - despite this cynical tactic; the crowds are still dreadful.
And I know! Let not have a knockout, let's have a mini league to prolong the agony.
What a shambles.
Glad we are not in this shit.

Technically yes. They've always split the draw into north and south and a few years back they split it into north-west north-east etc, and now they've split it even further, it is a bit of a fix though since we're almost guaranteed two of Morecambe, Accrington and Fleetwood in our group.

At this rate, to generate more interest, they will probably reduce the leagues to two teams. This will result in a best of three against your local rival, if that fails to up attendances they will say that there is no demand for teams in lower leagues and employ some form of warped reasoning to introduce the B-teams anyway...which we know is the intended destination.

We are 20 miles from London yet have to play teams like Yeovil and Bristol Rovers in the South West section which is ridiculous.

And despite it being obvious that's where this is headed, some fans are still going to these games. All lower league clubs are going to get fucked over by the PL in the same way as with EPPP, and yet still some fans are happy to go along and clap.

The crowds haven't been low enough imo.
