7 points from the last 11 matches is absolutely reprehensible form, especially when you look at some of the teams we've played. It's relegation form, pure and simple and I worry that no amount of preparation over the summer can be enough to help Nugent undo the mess he's creating in this club. Instead of something to build on, he's creating something that needs to be saved.

Appalling. I also really despair at the fans who hate TK though - apart from appointing Nugent (which yeah was shit), he's getting blame for things which are, at best, idiotic claims.

Well that was nervy....We started superbly and it looked like it was going to be a cricket score, but, of course it rarely works that way.

I have to say that Barnet looked a really really good team. Maybe we made them look good by sitting so deep, and to be fair Barnet have no pressure like we do, but they have some good players. Akinde took his goal well but should have scored a hat trick and their little midfielder (Vilhete or something similar) looked decent.

Still, three points were key today and results went out way so a very good day for us.

Oh and Ethan Ampadu is destined for big things. At 16 years old he bossed the midfield. His awareness and reading of the game is unbelievable plus he copes tremendously well with the physical aspect of league two despite looking like a streak of piss.

Disgusting peformance. Defending was laughable. Exeter completely sat back and we didn't take advantage. Fed up of "playing well" and losing. Some players are on the beach at the moment.

Ampadu was absolutely brilliant. 16! Wow. Completely controlled the game. Was surprised when he went off as it gave us a bit more of the ball.

Exeter deserved the win and looked like they could step it up if they needed to.

Couldn't make the game but I'm so glad we got the win. Sounds like Barnet put up a really strong fight so credit to the team for holding on.

Good to hear we mixed our system/formation up as we've struggled a fair bit recently. Disappointed to have missed Ampadu play. He is in a different league in terms of his footballing brain and being only 16 you can't help but think he could do great things in his career.

Anyway, big win. Onto Cambridge.
