Just goes to show that even when tickets sell out, not everyone turns up

I know of several Town fans that got tickets for the home end (they posted pictures from there yesterday) because they just couldn't get tickets from Swindon, yet we didn't fill the full allocation

Only 13 short isn't bad, always likely that a small proportion can't make it at the last minute due to illness, traffic etc.

Didn't notice any Swindon fans on the Bank, they must have kept their trap shut. Hopefully if we meet again next season you will play us after October when the new away stand will be finished

Terrible support in terms of numbers today at Luton from us. I know it was on Sky so you will lose some. We will take 800+ to Stevenage which is about the same difference although on the same train line from Barnet. Still good vocal support after the final whistle and good noise from Luton. Great stadium
The away end at Stevenage is much better though, and parking is much easier. I'd rather go there if it was a toss up

For all its faults KR is still a cracking little ground that is mostly full and creates a decent atmosphere, especially with the acoustics in the away end. Visiting fans tend to have a divided view about it but its one of the last old skool grounds remaining in an era when the modern souless bowl now dominates. Stevenage on the other hand lacks any kind of atmosphere, is mostly half empty and resembles more a non league ground in character. I rarely get that football match day feeling when visiting Stevenage. Sure Luton is a little rough and the stadium dated but it has a unique feel about it. Something I'll miss when the new stadium is built. I guess football fans have different needs. For me I like the match day feel of a game with a little tension in the air, banter between fans and passion from the stands. Take that away and you might as well watch all games from your armchair.

We - or at least the Supporters Trust - are talking about buying the ground and replacing the very old Town End with a £15m new stand.

What in God’s name will we do with that behemoth. Some clubs have built an entire new ground for not much more than that.

Away end at Luton is a belter imo. Proper old school. Give me that over something like Coventry any day

Port Vale have sold out the away end for Easter Monday. Any Vale fans know if we've allocated you two stands as normal or just the one. As I know it was discussed that we might stop giving away two sides of the ground, as it may give the away side an advantage.

Yea it’s great if you can just about muster 500 or so fans!! Ricoh arena can take up to 6k away support it’s modern cracking facilities, great noise generated in there also. When busy!! KR is a dump, I like the old style grounds bit of nostalgia but no good for teams who take large support

I personally like the Ricoh, as the atmosphere has been amongst the best on my 3 visits, all with healthy crowds of 19000, 31,000 And 14,000 And we won 2 of them drawing the other, which also helps.
As for Luton not such great memories, but it' certainly got character and is different, so also a thumbs up from me.

Only a piss poor following of 1411 pies at the Prozac

Surely they weren’t all still in church or was it because of the tv coverage.

Stags have been given 2740 tickets for away game on the 14th, selling like hot cakes at moment just to season ticket holders.

We’re heading for around 1500 for Crawley on Easter Monday.

£1 per ticket may have something to do with it!

Always likely. The more the merrier for me.

We have the flexibility to offer at least three different allocations depending on demand - even for a badly run club it makes good business sense to get rid of another 1000 seats at the higher price.

We have the main away end and is it the Family stand behind the goal so basically the normal 2200 ish amount.
Our shower wouldn't have an advantage if you gave us all 4 sides !!

Well one of the few advantages you have with your crap chairman is that he was involved in building your ground. When folk look at our ground, take an educated guess why. It's a massive shame we can only really over 1700 or so away tickets tbh.

Mansfield away has been made all-ticket for us. Can't see more than 600, though i know a lot of the folk who went to Grimsby are going here too.

It's all ticket for all away fans mate.

It's ridiculous, we know, we all side with you.

They can be purchased on the day we just don't advertise it

Bizarrely, the Vale official website is contradictory itself, just looked and it says in bold ALL TICKET, read the article further and it says 2 quid extra on the day . So in effect it isn't all ticket :bl:

Does say on the Vale site you can purchase on the day in fairness.

We are the same as we have the scanners.

You probably right, hopefully not as thats all we need at this moment in time after Grimsby. Be the usual chanting particularly after recent events but hopefully no pitch invasions or scrapping.

Sold out our allocation of 1946 tickets for Colchester. No shock there really. Not the best of hunting grounds for us but this time I feel we may get something.

Bit of an OG for Colchester because of their tiered pricing - all sold at the lower rates!
