Chesterfield back level now, really need to be pushing for the win though. Draw not really enough.

Frustrating that but Chesterfield likely need three wins from six to get us now or three draws and two wins if we don’t get any more points so that’s looking more positive. Two tough ones for them next but if they can’t beat three strugglers they will need to really raise their game.

Good results for Notts play off chances before defeat on Saturday at Colchester

Great result for my BET365 account balance.

Lovely Tuesday evening but I miss Spainish Stag, he’s gone AWOL these last couple of weeks :dk:

Haven't seen it but wasn't our first a 30 yarder?

Sorry you are correct, I meant first goal. I’ve not seen the second yet but read on our forum it was scrappy and a hand was used to control the ball. (Which almost certainly means it wasn’t)

Just seen the goals. Pretty scrappy. The second equaliser was badly defended but not a bad finish into the corner.

We've absolutely bottled that. Jimbo's defensive tactics strike again. Chesterfield could have very easily won that at the end. No surprise as to why we're only getting 800 home fans, that's only going to drop aswell if things stay the same.

8 games flitcroft, no wins.

Tick tock.

Only the biggest derby of the league 2 season with Chesterfield then pal, no pressure.

#handbrake .

Incredible stuff from DF so far :ds:

Surely this North Notts / North Derbys Derby will be the lowest quality one to date?

I can see it now, Mansfield rushing to a 6-0 lead before DF subs 3 defenders for 2 attackers and a keeper. Little did he know he couldn’t have two players handling the ball in the box causing 6 penalties and Chesterfield level in the 90th min 6-6!

Watched the highlights and our late goal did have a suspicion of handball about it but then it didn't look like your players appealed? Our first was a cracker.

If that had been given against Lincoln , the young Imps on here would be banging on about it for weeks!

I, for one, am delighted it was given 46/1 on that treble

Coventry well in the driving seat now. Us and Mansfield are busted.

Fucked by Flitcroft both.

He often finds his teams stuck in a poor run and seems incapable of doing anything about it. He got the boot from Bury after losing 11 on the trot. We went 6 without a win before Xmas.

I think the defenders were too busy looking at each other to notice a handball. Nothing that could have been done about your first. Our second looked a total fluke as well.

I suspect a draw was probably a fair result.

The money Mansfield splashed on this team in the Summer if they don't even manage to get in the playoffs it will be the biggest waste of money since Steve Evans signed up for a stint at Weight Watchers.

Can we leave the Steve Evans jibes to me please fish?! I’m obsessed remember

There isn't a game down here as combustible as Mansfield and Chesterfield, given the recent form of both, and what's at stake, it's going to be interesting to say the least.
Or it'll be the worst [whatever you call the part of the world you both share] derby in years as both sides try desperately to lose.
