Think we’ve got a buy option in January

Not heard that at this end.

7 goals in 4 games for you.

11 goals in the previous 3 years with FGR, Bantams and Barrow.

What's the secret down there in getting the best out of him?

Got to be a good slice of luck about it - players around him, position played. Tbh, if Hepburn-Murphy hadn’t been injured after Posh in the EFL Cup Flynn would have stuck with him as a starter not Young.

We've definitely got a recall clause in January. No option for you to buy in January, unless we chose to sell him of course.

See where we are at in a few months

Maybe we’ll buy him before Friday!

I would sell him next week if you were to make an acceptable bid, hoping we would be able to strengthen our attacking options with the transfer fee. I would bid for Luke Armstrong at Harrogate

I said on our forum, we should flog Hutton and use the money to buy Young and Kemp. No idea on what sort of fee it would be.

Do we have another year with young, I think we do.

I’d accept £250k.

Jun 25 for Young. £150,000 + 20% sell on is tops.

If the injury to Cedwyn Scott is nasty think we will be in the Striker market. Not sure what happened to Morais. Is he perma injured?

Just out of favour I think, wouldn’t be surprised if he was one of the ones Williams said might go out to play more football. So if Scott is injured I suspect he’ll probably stay - be surprised if we signed a striker, Langstaff has always been very durable and we’ve got McGoldrick now as well who we can play there if needed.

Think we’ll maybe have one more in. Probably a midfielder to cover Bajrami’s season ending injury, the Palmer/Bostock axis is class but there’s no back up at all really. Think we might decide we’re okay on centre backs now it’s clear Williams has forgiven Baldwin enough to play him but will bring up him returning to pre-season training too fat in every press conference for the entire season.

Any idea on what Fish is like? The name fits us like a glove but we had Shubar off yous last year who left a lot to be desired.
Tall and robust are the adjectives I've heard about him but I've only seen him for a few minutes and I wasn't paying much attention.

He had some issues with finishing but that does mean he was getting into the positions...!

Signed ex Newcastle United winger, Adam Wilson. 3-year deal, undisclosed fee.

Been playing for Welsh Champions, The New Saints. 22 app - 7 goals - 4 assists

Never heard of him, but he seems to know where the goal is at the levels he’s played at thus far.

Adam Wilson, left winger, signs on a 3 year deal from Welsh League side New Saints.

Good goalscoring record there and also for Newcastle Utd Premiership B team before that.

Paid a fee, and another 3 year deal.

Hearing were supposed to be signing Tom Pett at some point this week. Looks a decent signing on paper, always done well in this league and played a bit in the league above.

On paper he looks fine. Good age, good height, lots of league one experience.Doesn't seem to score many but we aren't short of goals.

Don't know anything about him though so will be interested to see why people don't rate him?
