I'm really sorry... computer's playing up again, it probably needs a spring clean and I notice that people may have started to go to bed, what with it being a school-night. I think we're going to have to make this a two-part awards night with the remainder of the awards delivered tomorrow. What you say?

I will be leaving the League Two section in protest at this shambles.

Did you vote for me as most biased ? Snakey mcsnake face

Hold on, how did you find out???

Nah, I voted for the one and only C......

edit - but like I said before on the other thread, I forgot to pm Shoddy in time, so my votes have no bearing at all on tonight's winners

The first award is for best thread of the season. Rakish is handed the gold envelope. In truth, this one was never in any doubt and nobody is surprised when King RB reads out his own surname. Although this isn't a personal award, as the creator of the thread, Glasshalffullpools is called up to the stage to collect the award from his hero in what must be the proudest moment of his long long long life. The Bingham thread was the only one to collect more than a single vote. Joint runners up include Oakey's Predicta, the Promotion and Relegation threads, The 2015 awards night thread and (guess who) thee Carlisle v Wycombe match-thread. Someone also voted for Worried Wombles' ref watch, which while excellent, isn't really a thread.

I'm sorry I couldn't attend the ceremony in person , but due to modern technology and being bored at work I am able to send you this reply .....
Take one of those longs of and then yes this is a proud moment indeed , but , is this really my moment ? is it a moment for all Pools fans ? is it a moment for all football fans ? ...... I say its not ......This moment is for humanity , and for once the whole world has united behind one man and via the medium of this forum has been rewarded ...... Yes I stand before you with the shiny award , but is YOUR award , your childrens award , and your childerns childrens award ...however its going on my book shelf and you lot can keep your grubby hands off it !

Could you not just have listed the winners and runner ups in one post Shoddy?

LOL, what a disaster this thing has turned out to be.

This guy has no clue!:lol:

Best set of fans? Note to self - don't turn into a set of chants next season. ;-)

I assumed, at an early stage last night, that Shoddy's ancient Penrith Plum PC had gone into terminal meltdown and the backup Drigg Damson Notepad had run out of juice.

He'll have a top excuse, I am confident.

As Shoddy has been unable to continue the L2 awards because of his 20 year old computer breaking down, I think we should vote for someone else to host the remaining awards.

I vote me! Anybody else?
